MisterOlds 01-19-2013 04:28 AM

He watched Avia/Yamiko calmly as she yelled at him and watched her storm down the hallway.

"Keahi." Brandon sighed, breathing laboriously. "I know what we did was right. I might not know nearly as much as you guys do, about the world and the way it works, and yes, I'm a moron, but, I know what we did was right. It'd be wrong to just let her die, after how hard she fought for us. This...was for her own good."

He shook his head. "I appreciate the offer, but no. The complex isn't safe for me. You haven't seen how Mercutone gets around, but I do. No place in this world or the next is safe from him. And you're right, I need to get stronger, much stronger."

He looked up to the ceiling again, and appeared to be lost in thought for a minute before looking back to Keahi. "When I was a kid, my parents were religious. I never thought much of it then, but maybe it's worth a shot. My parents, once a month, took me to visit this...church, if you want to call it that. It had to do with the Eidolons. I think there might be something there that I can benefit from. It's in the human world, obviously... I want to go there, and see if it's still there."

"As for amends...I don't know what I should do. I was never really one for making amends, or apologizing for that matter." He muttered and closed his eyes. "It's nighttime, let's get some rest and figure everything out in the morning. I'm useless as I am now."

Toki 01-19-2013 02:23 PM

((ok well my reply was deleted because the page expired ugh))

Keahi nodded once. "If you're not good at apologies, you might as well start practicing. It is a necessary skill for the coming times. I need to return to the complex for the night. Don't forget that you're always welcome there, regardless of danger." With that, he walked away, making a flame portal by the front door and stepping through.

Djinn went in to the kitchen nearby and started making himself a pot of tea.
"Your girl's asleep, and Ghost is with Matt. Where'd Ke-hottie go? I'm making jasmine tea if you want some. Oh yeah, and I'm thinking of going back with Ghost to train as a shaman." He spoke casually, as if none of that information was shocking.

MisterOlds 01-19-2013 05:49 PM

"Yeah....." He looked off to the side as he admitted Keahi was right. "Hey Keahi?... Thanks." He squinted as Keahi opened the portal and disappeared back into the Otherworld.

He stared at Djinn for a second as he offered Brandon some tea.Are you for real? I've got one leg and one arm, and a lacerated chest, and you want me to get up for tea?!His eyebrow twitched as he rolled onto his side. Eh, not like I'm going to get any sleep in this condition. Fuck it. He sighed and clumsily began to rise from the floor with his left leg and right arm on the ground. He gave himself a push up and grabbed onto a couch to keep his balance, then proceeded to hop over to the kitchen. "Yeah, actually, a cup sounds nice." He sighed wearily as he pulled himself a stool to sit on.

"Listen, Genie. I'm really not good at apologizing, so I'm just gonna try to say it. I'm sorry I got you and Matt into this mess to begin with, but I couldn't have gotten to the Otherworld in time if it wasn't for you, so... I really appreciate it. I owe you a few."

He blinked at Djinn's comment. "A shaman? Really?" He suppressed a snicker at the idea of Djinn bitching about shaman garb. "Go for it!"

Toki 01-20-2013 03:52 AM

"Yeah, I might as well make myself useful somehow. Ghost, even though he's totally sweet on Matt, is getting real tired of our bullshit." Djinn poured two cups of tea through a little metal strainer. "Though I'm gonna have to do something about those outfits. Speaking of stupid-looking, we need to have a talk about that armor of yours." He handed Brandon one of the cups. "First of all, it's impractical as fuck. More importantly, it makes you look fuckin' dumb. I'm just gonna have to design something a bit more practical (and stylish) for you." He sipped his tea quietly.
"And... it's no big deal, really. Like, I guess I'm just a totally nice person." He smirked, and gave a little one-shoulder shrug. "Besides, if and when whatever shit hits the fan, you might want someone there." Djinn sat down on the stool next to Brandon and sighed. "What are you gonna do about your wounds? They look pretty well cauterized but you might want to wash up before they go septic. I can help you get to the bathroom, if you need it, and I've got a really nice mineral soak somewhere around here that'll jump-start your healing. Besides, once you've got all that blood off, I can set up someplace other than the floor for you to sleep."

((ugh))

MisterOlds 01-20-2013 06:42 AM

He raised an eyebrow as he took a swig of tea and sighed appreciatively. "Aaah, that's nice." His eyebrow twitched. "Look, it was the best I could do with two minutes and that wave he shot out went through a foot of obsidian!" He took another sip and added, "You know that the armor is created by visualizing it in my mind, right? It's not like you can just design it and throw it on, and I just pull it out of my ass at will. You're going to have to teach me how to visualize it, so to speak, and it's gotta be made of obsidian, cuz that's the only thing I can work with." He set down the cup and drew a figure in the air. "It has to be able to give me a lot of upper chest protection without restricting my mobility. That upper chest protection really came in handy against Mercutone."

He gave Djinn's offer some thought and shook his head. "I think a shower will suffice, but thanks for the offer. I don't exactly heal at the normal rate, you know. Otherwise I'd have gone Azuronni by now." He shrugged and took another sip of the tea. "I won't need any help getting to the shower, and I think I'm going to have to get used to being crippled multiple times if Mercutone's that strong."

Toki 01-20-2013 02:52 PM

Djinn's expression went deadpan. "It's refreshing to see there's still someone left in the world who doubts my abilities." he grumbled flatly. "Newsflash: obsidian shatters. It's fucking volcanic glass, it only has a hardness of about 5. I'm surprised you don't have shards of the stuff embedded in your chest from whatever blow you took. I mean, it looks completely fabulous as a rhinestone, but it makes for some shitty armor."
He downed the rest of his cup and lifted Brandon up princess-style, as Avia/Yamiko had done before. "And talkin' smack to me ain't gonna give you an advantage in this household. You can barely support yourself right now. You're taking a damn bath, and you're gonna use some of that mineral soak; I don't care how fast you heal. It makes your skin really soft and you need more than just looks to get back on your girlfriend's good side. Let me fucking be nice to you, I know what I'm doing." He opened the bathroom door and set Brandon down in the tub.
"Now, unless you want to get your clothes wet, you'd better take 'em off." Djinn opened the pantry and searched around for a moment, taking out a small jar of coloured flakes. "Don't talk, just strip."

((djinn did u mean perfect

he's my favourite uwu))

MisterOlds 01-20-2013 04:17 PM

((I was about to turn in for the night, and i decided to check this. If you were on, shoulda let me know on skype. :I))

He sighed and put out his hand. "It's the only element I'm capable of materializing out of thin air, maybe I might be able to increase it's density. Wha- Hey! What're you doing, put me down!" He kicked his good leg in the air to little avail. I don't believe this! I'm being forced to take a bath by a 7 foot tall and four armed blue fruitcake. "What makes you think you kn-" He stopped in midspeech, remembering Keahi's words and sighed mentally. Fine, we'll do it his way. His face a shade of deep red, he stripped down and pulled his converse off, putting them in a pile next to the tub, and covered his groin with his right hand, looking away with a grimace on his face.

Toki 01-20-2013 05:34 PM

((i'm running a virus scanner right now which takes up a lot of speed, and ive been working on cosplay stuff all day = 3= ))

"Aww, he's modest. How cute." Djinn said, his tone highly patronizing. He turned on the water, setting it to lukewarm-- he knew the burns would hurt like hell under hot water-- and put in two heaping scoops of the mineral flakes, which dissolved and started to turn the water a pale pink colour. He took a large cup from the cabinet above the toilet, filled it with some of the pink water, and dunked it over Brandon's head, then drizzled some peppermint-smelling shampoo into his hair and started scrubbing.
"You don't seem to be the type of person to let people help you. You're a loner; you don't build relationships; if you can do something alone, you will. Am I right?" Djinn shielded Brandon's eyes with one hand and poured water over his head again to rinse the shampoo. "But you like Avia. I know y'all have a lot of history, and I know she likes you, too, even if she wants to rip your head off right now (but that's y'all's issue to sort out). She's got a soft spot for chocolate truffles, did you know? And the smell of warm vanilla. Yamiko likes a stiff drink every now and again. Her favourite is Dwarven ale even though she gets smashed from one pint. She likes the spiciness of it." He took a small washcloth and dipped it in the water, then started blotting gingerly at the laceration on Brandon's arm.
He was silent for a few moments, and then spoke up again. "But, you know, that's your problem-- you seem to have so thoroughly convinced yourself that you're fine to do everything alone when you're obviously not, I mean hell, look at this shit. But you don't want to hurt anyone, right? You don't want to drag them into your bullshit. You're a downright moron, but you've got a good heart, I can tell, but you still have a lot to learn if you want to beat the fuck out of whoever sliced you up like this. It's about more than just strength and skill, you know."
Once the water was high enough, Djinn leaned over and shut it off, then got to work on the cut on Brandon's chest. It looked like it was healing all right on its own, but there was still quite a bit of blood and bruising around the wound itself.
"Now, I might be completely wrong about all that, but from what I've seen outta you today, I feel like I'm at least half-right. Maybe like three quarters right." Djinn stood, handing the washcloth to Brandon. "I'll let you wash yourself up more. I'm gonna go find something for you to wear, 'cuz you sure as hell ain't puttin' those rags back on."

With that, he left, going into Matt's room and grabbing a pair of green plaid flannel pajama pants and a plain grey T-shirt out of her dresser before slipping out and crossing the hall. He went ahead and grabbed a fresh towel from the linen closet before knocking quietly on the bathroom door and letting himself back in.
"These are Matt's, but y'all seem to be about the same size, and half her stuff is men's clothes anyway. If you're done, the shower head detaches so you don't have to stand up to rinse off." He reached up and took said shower head down, resting it on the ledge of the bath tub. "Let me know if you need any more help, okay? For real." With that, Djinn left the bathroom again and went to the kitchen for another cup of tea.

((djinn is the official "everyone's mom" character ok))

MisterOlds 01-20-2013 06:41 PM

((And i took today off cuz everything was covered in ice. -____-))

He gave the pink water a look of dissatisfaction, regardless of how nice it felt against his skin and wounds, and grumbled audibly as Djinn dunked his head. He sneezed suddenly as the running water had drained back into the tub, before turning to listen actively to Djinn. His eyes took on a dull sheen as he listened, and waited for him to finish speaking, and sighed. "I had to be a loner. I couldn't trust anyone." He looked at the skin on his right hand which seemed to have regained some of it's suppleness, his skin had been extraordinarily dry and cracked before. "Betrayal and murder were common things in my life, from since when I was very little, and I'd already been killed once." He turned his back to Djinn, and used the thumb on his good hand and pointed at his back with it. "Do you see the seven spokes and the two scars in the shapes of spokes? Those indicate the status of the seal containing Azuronni." He turned back to Djinn and looked back at the pink water.

"When I was 6, I was already orphaned and I had to look out for myself on the streets, it wasn't a good place to be, especially for a little kid like me. Whoever killed my parents, which I now know to be Mercutone, left me alive and alone. What a fucking asshole." He banged his fist on his knee in anger, and sighed. "I was chased by a group of men into an alley, because I kicked one of them in the nuts after they were trying to have their way with a girl, and one of them held me by the neck, and sliced my neck open." He blinked for a second and looked upwards, then at Djinn. "That's when the first seal was broken. Everything went dark, and I heard something like a scream, a scream full of rage." When I came to, there was this tattoo on my back, and there was a scar across my neck where I'd been sliced." He pointed at the tattoo again,"And one of the spokes was already gone when I realized the tattoo was there. Everything within miles was burnt to cinders, and there were massive gashes in the roads. There wasn't a single building standing and everything reeked of ozone."

He sighed and chuckled. "Avia loved going to the carnivals, and playing the games there. Especially air hockey." A warm smile formed on his face. "I still remember when I scored my first goal and she squealed like a little girl."
He looked at Djinn quizzically, with a cocked eyebrow. "How do you know all this stuff? Avia was like a steel trap when it came to admitting things she liked. It was a pain in the ass just to figure out what kind of coffee she wanted when I showed her to Starbucks." He shook his head as his cheerful demeanor disappeared again. "She fought so much for me, and I'd barely begun to realize my power before I was killed again, and effectively ended the conflict between the Toli and Kyuketseki. She had to fight with Yamiko for over a year because of me.After she'd gone and put her neck out a hundred times to save my sorry hide.... I don't want her to be the one doing the fighting anymore. Even though I know she isn't going to let me go alone."

He winced as Djinn dabbed at the gash in his chest, it might as well have been a meat canyon, it was over an inch deep. The water turned red as he dabbed at the wound.
"No, you're pretty on the ball, actually. Yeah, I do need some new threads." He said sheepishly.

He watched Djinn leave and close the door, and looked at his hand again. I have to get stronger. I can't let anything happen to these people. I think.... I might have found a place I can call home. He smiled faintly, and turned to the door as Djinn dropped the clothes off and called out. "Thanks! I'll be out in a few." He leaned over and reached for some body soap, which he lathered on with a washcloth hanging from one of the racks, taking care to avoid the wounds, and washed his face. He pulled the drain on the tub and watched the blood run down the drain with the water. It'd started to clot, so it ran in thin red strands instead of mixing with the water. He then proceeded to hose himself down with the showerhead and turned off the water, hanging up the shower head on the bracket in the wall above the tub faucet.

He clumsily climbed out and dried himself off with a towel, and took a moment to search through the cabinets for bandages, and smiled as he found a roll, which he promptly used to wrap his chest and arm wound, which bled slowly. He donned the pj's and slicked his hair back with some mousse. He hated having people see his frizzy hair regardless of how he was dressed. All done. He flicked the light switch and hopped back into the kitchen, seating himself in the same spot as before. "Think I could get another cup of that stuff? It's actually pretty good. And you know, I don't think it's all that fair telling you my past when I don't know anything about you, Djinn." He leaned onto the counter in front of him with his head propped up on his right hand.

(Oh btw how's your head? And sorry about the short reply last night, i was playing some SC2 with Ty. It's my first time gaming with him like 3 months. And also, everyone else has super short replies. We got mad skills. :D)

Toki 01-21-2013 12:09 AM

((its doing better but its been raining a lot so my joints have been achy as fuck. and have u been creeping on other people's rps wtf))

Djinn smiled triumphantly, then poured Brandon another cup of tea. "It's jasmine. Naturally sweet, and very calming." He gave Brandon a once-over. The clothes seemed to fit him all right, as he'd predicted. He topped off his own cup and sat back down at the bar.
"I have this way of getting people to open up. I can read them just by observing for a while. Call it a gift, I guess, but I just like to think I'm trustworthy." He added a spoonful of honey to his tea and stirred it slowly, the spoon clinking against the sides of the glass. "You wanna know about me, huh? Well, so do I." He stopped stirring and sighed. "I don't remember any kind of childhood, really, it's like I just suddenly started existing. I've only met someone like me once, probably about fifty years ago, maybe more, and she was killed by slavers. She's the reason I became a tailor; she taught me everything I know. Other than that, my history's pretty boring. Matt and I have lived together for about five years now. She showed up on my doorstep one day, in the middle of a hurricane, covered from head to toe in mud and completely swamped with ghosts." He laughed wryly. "That was a fun evening. Yeesh."
Djinn sipped his tea and glanced up at the kitchen clock. "It's getting pretty late, we should probably hit the hay unless you've got more to talk about."

MisterOlds 01-21-2013 04:35 AM

((Hey at least you're not in danger of turning into a popsicle, and yeah, I got bored and decided to go around a little, and damn, we have long replies. xD))

He drained his cup with a long swig and sighed. "I'm sorry to hear about her. I've never really seen you work as a tailor, but I'd like to someday." He shook his head and smiled. "No, you're right about that, definitely should hit the hay. I'm exhausted. Thanks again for the tea." He hopped onto his leg and placed the cup in the sink after rinsing it out, washing it would be difficult to do. He turned around to face Djinn. "So, any idea where I'm sleeping tonight?" He was hoping it wasn't the couch.

Toki 01-21-2013 09:16 PM

((ugh sorry i didnt reply today, i had to get stuff ready for school tomorrow ew and im still not completely ready = 3= hopefully i'll have a bit more inspiration tomorrow))

MisterOlds 01-22-2013 07:48 AM

No worries. :) Have a good one at school, if you can. haha.

Toki 01-22-2013 12:13 PM

((ugh no such thing. my day is so boring and i wish i'd brought a book or something. there arent any good books in the library whatsoever theyre all pop teen crap like twilight

i still get treated like cattle though thats no different from before

just kill me now pls i would rather jump into the thames than endure this bullshit ))

Djinn's eyebrow twitched. "What's wrong with the couch? Sorry, but you're gonna have to deal with it, it's the only place we have left unless you'd rather sleep on the floor, and let me tell you, the couch is a lot softer than the floor." He crossed to the linen closet and took down a clean pillow and put a cover on it, grabbing a blanket as well.
"All right, you're all set. I'm going to sleep now, g'night." With that, he turned and went back to his room.

((wow short but oh well also im very aware that brandon didnt say that out loud))

MisterOlds 01-22-2013 04:14 PM

((lol that sucks. Hmmm, have you ever read Eragon or the Artemis fowl series? Today was awkward as fuck, I had Monica and kaitlin at my court, and they were both asking me about the girl I liked, and like, they're forcing hugs on me. :I so glad that's over. I'll reply when I get home, I'm at work ATM, just waiting for my supervisor tO release us, then I'm supposed to go drifting with max if there's enough snow.))

MisterOlds 01-22-2013 06:25 PM

((Drifting was a ton of fun! I'm so glad I have a rear wheel drive car after all. xD And my new headset came in today, so MAYBE i'll be able to understand that superfeminine voice of yours. xP))

He sighed and hung his head. "Alright, alright good night, Djinn." He grumbled and gingerly laid himself down on the couch, taking care not to tear the bandages he wrapped himself in earlier. He sighed and reached over to pick up his right leg and dropped it in a more comfortable position, as well as his left arm, which he laid across his chest and folded his fingers in. He gazed intently at the ceiling, studying the minute details in the ceiling as it wasn't perfectly smooth. I wonder how she's gonna be tomorrow. I'm so damn tired... Sleep quickly dragged his eyelids down and took him into a peaceful slumber as the wheel spun into existence above his head with a serene grace, bathing the room in an azure glow.

Toki 01-28-2013 11:23 AM

((ughhhhhhhhhh sorry for taking so long im not really sure what to write right now but i'll give you something at least))

Just as he was the last one to sleep, Djinn was the first awake. He crept out into the kitchen and started making a pot of coffee. By the time it started steeping, Ghost exited Matt's room, his hair and clothes still rumpled from sleep.
"Hey," the teenager greeted, his voice hushed.
"Did you sleep okay?" Djinn half-whispered back.
"Yeah. Matt's still out, and I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up sleeping the rest of the day."
"I don't blame her."
"I should really head back today, they're gonna be wondering where I am." Ghost rinsed out a mug from the sink and set it next to the coffee pot.
"Could I maybe... come back with you?" Djinn asked slowly.
"What for?"
"Well... I was thinking maybe I could train to become a shaman? Like... I dunno, I kinda feel useless the way I am now, and we end up bothering you so often, and--"
"Djinn, you and Matt don't bother me. I'm happy to come and help out whenever."
"Doesn't help that I feel useless. I mean, everyone else has some cool ability and I'm just, pfft, seamstress, y'know?"
Ghost nodded, crossing his arms. "I know what you mean. But if you're back at the temple with me, who's gonna watch Matt?"
"Maybe she could come with, too?"
"No, they'd take advantage of the fact that she's a medium."
"I suppose." Djinn looked away and sighed.

((shrug!!!!!! who knows))

MisterOlds 01-28-2013 04:56 PM

((I'm just glad you remembered we had an RP going on. xD))

Brandon's eyes snapped open as Djinn entered the room but remained silent. He was a very light sleeper, Yamiko had made sure of that. The wheel slowly faded out of existence as his vision cleared, and heard a conversation going on. He sat up and looked at Djinn. "I don't think you're useless, Genie. Although," He looked off in wonder for a moment and returned his gaze to the two, "It'd be pretty interesting to see Djinn as a shaman. Ghost, how long would training to become a shaman take? I could watch Matt, I guess. I'm still kinda not combat-ready anyhow, and I don't think Avia would cause any trouble." He shrugged and clumsily stood up with a grimace on his face as his leg and arm twinged painfully. He placed his hands on his sides and sighed loudly. "Where is she anyways...?" He went for her room with an uneven gait and opened the door, walked in and closed the door, sitting down against the wall next to the door and looked up. "Morning." He mumbled.

((meh, I'd have so much more to write if I knew what your characters were doing but I don't want to take control of your characters sooo. :I))

Toki 01-29-2013 10:23 PM

((i didnt forget i just didnt feel like replying))

Djinn huffed. "I am though! I don't have any useful powers or anything, unless you count being faultlessly stylish useful. And why would it be interesting? I don't see why this is shocking news, like come on, I live with a medium, it only makes sense."
Ghost chuckled. "It takes some pretty intensive training."
"It took you a year."
"I learn fast."
"Sure."
"Besides that, Brandon, you'd have to talk to Matt and see if she's okay with that. I mean, we only have two bedrooms in this house, and-- hey, where are you going?" Djinn watched as Brandon ignored him and went into his room. He frowned and rolled his eyes dramatically. "Besides, I kind of wasn't really offering for you to, like, live here, like... I mean last night was supposed to be it; I'm not a complete doormat, y'know."
Ghost patted Djinn's shoulder sympathetically and took a swig of his coffee.

Avia/Yamiko groaned and rolled over at the sound of Brandon's voice, throwing the covers over her head.
"Go away," she grumbled, "I'm not done sleeping."

MisterOlds 01-30-2013 07:22 AM

((Meh, I feel ya,but it's not like I have a life or anything. -___-'' On top of that, looks like my grand plan to move back to good ol 'Merica has been shot down, so I'm in an awesome mood right now. At the very least, I just want it to stop raining for just one day.))

He smiled faintly and looked down to his hands and began twiddling his thumbs. "Alright alright, I just wanted to say I've made up my mind about what I'm going to do. I'm going to leave for the cathedral I went to when I was little. I was told that place would become very important later in my life, so that's where I'm going to go and right now I'm a sitting duck as it is, so might as well do something useful for once." He sighed and paused twiddling his thumbs for a moment and resumed.

"Again, I'll say this, I don't expect you to forgive me anytime soon. I...." He looked at random spots on the floor as he searched for words, and found none. "I don't really know what to say. It's kinda a lot for me to process what just happened in one day that I've been back from that frozen hellhole. I'd never imagined I'd come back to you as you were when Araxie and Keahi took me to you. I had no idea what would happen when the Toli were defeated and you specifically insisted I not go off and be a hero, and this happened." He ran a hand through his hair and sighed slowly. "I guess, at the least I can cheer up knowing you're alive, whoever you might be." He stood up slowly as he was careful not to tear the freshly healed muscle and opened the door. "I'll be leaving in a little bit." He left the room and looked at Djinn.

"Well, if you insist, I've training to do myself as well. A lot of it. I'll be leaving soon. I don't want to turn this house into a giant painted target while I'm useless like this. As Matt saw, Mercutone could make shredded beef out of the lot of us as it stands right now, so I want to explore the extent of the power I have. Djinn, would you want to come with? Maybe you'll learn something from the priest there." He limped over to the kitchen and seated himself in the same spot as last night albeit not as awkward.

Toki 02-11-2013 02:45 PM

(( I actually did forget this time, ugh I'm so sorry ugh guh guhghghgh))

After Brandon left, (of course he didn't give her time to reply) she rolled onto her back and stared up at the ceiling, trying to decide which made more sense-- the part of her that still loved him wanted more than anything to follow him to the ends of the Earth, but the part of her that hated him wanted to go her own separate way and forget he existed. Araxie mentioned something about needing everyone to defeat a great impending evil, but she had a feeling that her heart would be calmer if he wasn't around. She decided it might be wise to figure out her new body now that she wasn't constantly battling herself, and any abilities she might have now.

That, and a new name.

She sighed deeply, and pulled the covers over her eyes in frustration.

--

Djinn shook his head. "I probably shouldn't. I don't really know about the whole shaman thing and Ghost does, so I'll probably be going with him."
"That would leave Matt here alone." Ghost mentioned.
Djinn frowned pensively. "You're right... This seems like kind of a weird thing to ask, but could you maybe look after her? Like, take her with you? I really don't want her coming to the temple with Ghost and I since there'll probably be a lot of spiritual activity, and her power is still really untrained and I don't want her getting into trouble."
"She could probably use the training, though. It would be better for her to stay with us. After all, we can protect her since (most) everyone at the temple is trained in that sort of thing."
"Right... But then that splits everyone up, we'll have to do a training montage which totally skips over any noticeable character development." Djinn pouted, folding both sets of arms across his chest.

Ghost paused, staring at him. "...What?"
Djinn glanced over, arching an eyebrow. "What?"
Ghost sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Never mind."

(( Ideas? ))

MisterOlds 02-14-2013 06:49 PM

((I've got a wicked headache and I haven't slept in 4 days, but I'll at least post something even if it sucks so we can move it along a little.))

He chuckled a little at Djinn's comment and nodded as he stood up."You guys do what you need to do, I'm going to get going before Mercutone decides he wants to redecorate your house, don't worry he won't be able to set foot in the place I'm going to. I think." He sighed and walked over to the back door with a slight gait, his injuries healing up by the minute. "I'll be at the Huelle Dion Frahnz Cathedral. It's in Germany, next to the western border of France, next to Mozenbach-Steegen. Best of luck with whatever you decide to do."
He closed the door behind him and closed his eyes, reaching for the flame within his mind. He drew it out mentally, enveloping himself in azure flames as the wheel spun into existence. He sprinted in the direction of the town. He'd taken time to look at a map before leaving.

Djinn stared after him.
"Wow what a fuckwit." He uttered over the rim of his coffee mug before taking a sip. "His girlfriend's gonna be pissed."
"Or not." Ghost offered.
"Or not." Djinn agreed.
Matt stumbled down the hall, rubbing her eyes, her hair a bright cherry red.

"Wow, nice 'do. I made coffee." Djinn smirked, pouring a new cup and handing it to her. She took it gratefully, her expression still groggy.
"God, my head is killing me..." she grumbled, finishing her coffee in one go without bothering to add sugar or cream.
"Sorry." Ghost gave a little half-smile.
"Fuck you," she replied. "So where's Brandon?"
"Gone." Djinn sighed.
"Gone?"
"Yeah, he just up and left. For Germany."
"Germany? What the hell does he need in Germany?"
"Some Cathedral or whatever. Who knows?" Djinn shrugged.
