You'll be happy to know that at one point in Skyrim you have the option of defending a dark elf who almost gets assaulted, and I stood up for them and beat the hell out of some guys that attacked them

well it depends .. most dark elves probably do deserve to die x'D ..... heh

though if i was playing as one i'd probably defend them just cause.. well unless they were a enemy of the house I hail from D; then i might watch the slaughter lol

oh see you don't understand. Dark Elves wh ospend their entire day just tending a forge or farming, get jumped in the streets

also as to what happened i blame the sixth house for whatever people say cause from what i was reading (i haven't read details yet) but they seemed to be on the war path right before the 4th era skyrim was in. lol

oh well in that case mess some people up xD i just don't recall seeing too many dark elves in oblivion so lol... thus i never thought about what they did outside of their normal areas

but anyway i dunno im really curious if there was a falling out with the dark elves and the nord it isn't recorded xD besides that a lot of them had to flee to skyrim due to a event that forced them from their homeland but thats all i've seen xP

Again, may have been warring between them, since al lthree of those races consider themselves something of a master race

i guess so cause apparently the nord treated the lizards worst from what i just read

but its bugging me i mean maybe it happened after the nord king passed like with the new one i guess?

though thats why im like this is my favorite alliance because all three of the races are like ok differences aside lets kick theses other guys in the ass XD

so one enslaved one and then that fell through and the nords apprenelty later enslaved the dark elves and i guess that fell through and the whatever event happened

Oh no I know WHY they hate each other, I know the lore, but I mean why did they form the alliance, only to have it fall apart? Note that Orcs an Redguards get along just fine, everyone seems to love Bretons, all elves besies Dunmer get along fine, and the Khajit have turned into kind of a society of outcasts. The Argonians just kill everyone x

i dunno it seems the ebon heart pact is like all three races that try to enslave one another x'D ....

i mean i guess during the rule of that one nord king when the alliance was formed things were smooth or what not but maybe things went to heck when he died? It seems that way to me anyway.

As far as the Dunmer not getting along with anyone.. i think the feelings mutual >w> I mean they fight among themselves and the seven houses (depending on era depends on the number lol)

There's an announ on the login screen, which makes me happy that they're actually keeping us updated. Currently still having server issues, but I'd gotten in half an hour ago and I'm pretty sure it's just overloaded.

Oh, I have to redownload it and reinstall it. xD This'll take a while...

My husband's in the beta. It took us like 4 days just to download the stupid thing, and it's been hard to log in. It looks really awesome so far, but he's been hogging it and I don't get to play. :d

It loaded decently today. Early EST usually means less people online. I wanna post screencaps but NDAs are a thing.

I'm glad - I want to experience the game without people already showing me it - explore it, if you would.

I totally missed this weekend. The servers were down when I tried and then I tried again and it was already over. How sad. D:

So far I've only played it over 1 weekend. I missed a bunch of other ones because I couldn't get it to launch. But now it seems to be working.

I sneaked around, found unused corners, and reached the end of the Skyrim version of the game.

So ticked that I missed it because my laptop that could properly handle it is being worked on....earliest I'll have it back is tomorrow if the weather clears up.
