╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (。◕‿◕。) It was a really old black group from like the 40's. I can't remember who they were but they were famous way back when and I loved it. I saw it over 20 years ago though, since then I haven't seen a live show ever. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |
August of last year mom dragged me to a small Tommy Cash concert that was a tribute to his older brother Johnny Cash. =w= I liked the start up band
|
Amon Amarth.
They put on an amazing show and I was with some great friends. It was fun to road trip from St. Louis to Lawrence, Kansas but I didn't have a very good time. See there was this girl who sort of invited herself along. And she had never been to a "heavy" show so she had no business being in the pit. Try telling her that. She wanted to hang and she ended up not being able to handle it. Not exactly a little girl and hey neither am I so... for crying out loud throw that weight around! Stand your ground. But oh no she got tossed all over the place and at one point hit the ground. Are you trying to freaking DIE?! So I pulled her up and ended up protecting her the rest of the night. Sucked. I got kicked in the side because some dude tried to come between us when he rushed the stage. I wouldn't let him through so he KICKED me. I'm not talking about an oops I was moshing and didn't see you kick. This was a shove my foot into you, putting all my weight behind it because I'm mad and couldn't be bothered to go around the two of you kick. I spent the rest of the show holding my side and let's face it pouting. |
MGMT August 4th 2010, they were awesome live. |
The Rihanna concert a couple of months ago. It was AMAZING! She was so energetic. The best part of it is, we weren't even scheduled on her tour, she came for charity.Loved it! >.< |
i have never been to a live show (or one that i'd like)
|
Uncle Kracker. He was at the Soybean Festival.
|
The last live music that I saw was actually at a music festival, and the person I saw was UK rapper Example. I missed most of his performance much to my distaste, but the one song of his I did manage to catch (Changed The Way You Kiss Me)was brilliant. He wasn't as good as I expected he was though, so I certainly wouldn't pay to see him live again, but I can't knock the performance as a whole.
As for a good memory...I'm not actually sure. I was sick for the majority of my time that day and didn't really enjoy the second day too much (the first was great though) so I guess going home to a nice warm bed and a lovely clean and hot shower was the best memory, but that doesn't actually relate to the music. xDD |
i was at a restaurant in the Shenandoah mountains in the US, and the Possum Ridge String Band was playing live. I really liked their folk songs, and we bought 2 CDs.
|
Hmm, last live preformance I went to was to see Blue Oyster Cult, Foghat and survivor in concert several years ago. :) I loved it of course, got to get hugs and signed things from the bands. It was an awesome experience. :D
|
I went to a Allman Brothers show :)
|
Forever the sickest kids
|
Well...technically it was Gred & Forge and Draco and the Malfoys...lol...
|
The last show I went to was Creed. My boyfriend won tickets to the show by answering some trivia questions at a radio station's booth.
He adored the band, but as for me...well, I enjoyed his company and not the band's... Creed is a mix of rock and country in my opinion. I can't stand that mix of genres! Will he ever know? Only if he reads this post. |
Forever the Sickest Kids
It was pretty amazing, they played two of my favorite songs from their older album. During the show they called 10 people to stand on stage with them and I was the first person picked out of the crowd. I got to stand next to and talk with their drummer, Kyle, and they ended up letting us all dance on stage. I was wearing a friend of mine's hoodie when I went up and he was so excited just about it being on stage, but after the show I couldn't find him to give it back, so as a surprise I got the entire band to sign it for him. |
Eric Church and the Band Perry!
It was a really good concert! |
The last live show I went to was Yellowbrick road
There always awesome, there just a little band that sings at a bar. Not world famous, but there great Hanging out and talking to the boys of the band. |
Katy Perry when her concert came here to Indy. I'd won free tickets from my school. >u<

Dir en grey. December 16th, 2011. It was amazing.. I wrote a ranty review right after it, lol.
|
Last years Warped tour.
|
The last show I attended was Jack's Mannequin on the last day of January at the Sound Academy in Toronto Ontario~
I honestly walked out there thinking it was the best night of my life, it was actually. I mean I don't go out often, so maybe I don't have much to compare it to. But they're my favorite band, and it was my second time I saw them, but this time it was done right. The first time I went with my aunt in 8th grade, it just wasn't as fun going with her because she didn't care, and she ended up making me leave before it was over. But this time, I went with a friend, I was in the third row (standing, but yeah you get it) and it was just amazing. The best thing I've ever seen. I got separated from my friend when the pushing started (people trying to get closer xD No moshing)But it didn't really matter. I think because I'm so awkward and reserved I just felt I guess people describe it as "alive" since I usually- I'm just there. But music- is something I adore, not just in the lame "music is my boyfriend" sense. But that band, their music alone got me through a lot of things when I was younger. So- even though I'm not a dancer. xD I was dancing, singing, throwing my hands in the air. It was just the best night of my life~ |
VNV Nation. I love them. <3
|
Albannach at a celtic music festival.
and blimey they were good |
i don't often go to concerts so the last one i went to was back in elementary school XD;; and that was...the beach boys lol
|
The last show that I went to was October 27th and I saw Mumford and Sons. c: |
It was a few years ago... I got to go to a KISS concert. It was SO AWESOME. I thought I was going to loose my voice from all the screaming I did. xD
|
Mumford and Sons? KISS? Jealous. D:
Last thing I did was about less than a year ago, went to the House of Blues to see Guster. It was quite the amazing experience, wasn't a big fan of 'em on the CD but hearing them live really made me fall in love. :3 |
L'Arc~en~Ciel in New York City, back in March.
My life was completed that day. |
I've only attending one and it was concert at my high school for students who were in Spanish class

PAGANFEST headlined by Turisas.
Featuring Arkona, Huntress, and Winterhymn. Alestorm was there too but I didn't like them. At all. |
The last live I was to, was the Critical Bill Concert, back in 2007.
|
I think the last show I've been to was a Stepdad / Minus the Bear show. Daaamn, it's been too long. I also left before Minus the Bear started so I guess it was just Stepdad and Nightlife, who opened.
|
The last live show I attended was Paaspop on 7 April 2012.
|
The last (and first) live show I attended was Dir en grey in 2007 at the Roseland theater in Portland.I didn't have enough money to get an souvenirs, but it was awesome. My brtoher took a picture of Kyo for me.He's a lot taller than I am,so it turned out better than it would have if I would have taken it.I was also too scared to get close to the stage, because I didn't want to get trampled. >_<
|
Saw Iron Maiden for my fifth time so far, a couple days ago in Bristow, VA (Jiffy Lube Live, used to be Nissan Pavillion, they call it D.C. and I guess it's close enough to do so but not really)
Alice Cooper opened and it was amazing. His was one of the last shows I needed to check off my bucket list, so I was insanely glad he opened for them... |
My last live show was Alter Bridge, with Black Stone Cherry and Theory of a Deadman. This was about 4 months ago in Glasgow, Scotland :3
|
The Melismatics played here last week and I stayed for a few songs. It was pretty neat. Seen them three times now, and man, they are not only talented but ridiculously attractive.
|
The last concert I witnessed was Creed. Not really my type of music, but I didn't really go for me. My fiance loves the band, so I went as chaperone.
|
I never been to a concert before. I hope to one day see a live concert, probably an Adam Lambert or a Britney Spears one. And others too if my friends want me to take me to one. (I like all kinds of music, but I don't know the names of many singers sadly.)
|
Pierce the veil at warped tour.
;-; they were just as amazing live as on their cds I love them<3 |
