So this loch ness thing...it looked like someone started pixeling the one on the preview for the home page (noticed the backside), but then decided to go straight back to regular CG / normal brushing when it came to the actual item.

Not sure if intentional or error..

Yep yep. :) Or even other DIs that don't have acronyms, but are shortened to their own short forms too. Like with Solu, Kaze, Jelly, etc.

That to...just easier to say the shorter version or the acronym instead of typing it all out...though technically it is worth more aurum if you do type it all out.

Bio force guardian - Is a cool concept but not my cup of tea, it just seems like over the top clunky mecha in my opinion. (Might be bias since I hate mecha with vengeance)

Gaia Vordi - Again another cool concept but the fact it is, to me it's not anything special. Many of the poses could have been put in the shops as commons.

Wysavra - Where should I start on this one? Okay the dragon is somewhat cute I'll give it that, but what is with the tail? It seems like it's been slammed with a steam press, the angle of it seems /really/ awkward and it looks awfully flat because of it. The wings look like they have been taped on at the last minute anywhere they could fit as there is no way where they are positioned that dragon could fly. (I have this bad feeling that it is a reference to the Loch ness monster, in which case it really does fail, the Lochness monster in myth has no wings, flippers, has a slender neck and a nice shape to the body, but then as it likely never existed feel free to take artistic rights with Nessie. -.-") Lets not get into the tail that comes out the back of the avatar that is painful... seriously people it isn't subtle it's out there and in your face I almost think it's got a life of it's own and going to strangle someone. ~bangs head against the wall~ Tartan... Really? and not the fact that it's tartan but traditional Scottish clothing... I feel insulted that half my blood is Scottish now... Seriously this item seems all over the place, it has water theme, background, some hints towards Scotland in the clothing, the weird water/jelly/mist like pose, armor, what seems to almost be a veil but looks like someone put a plastic bag on their head. To it's merit the color scheme was well thought out but why is there a rainbow dragon in this item when there is nothing else rainbow in that entire item? It seems random.

In short, not really a big fan of this months items. Sorry if my reviews are harsh, I am not saying it to upset anyone or anything but this is my opinion.

I'm going to have to agree with Kag a bit on this.. I'm not going to be so harsh on the Wysavra cause in a way, I do like the items in there and I'm totally agreeing with that tail comment.. I feel like I need to equip a harpoon gun incase that thing decides to come alive and strangle me.
The tartans.. I honestly don't know what to say.. those three colors chosen happen to be the same three colors as my clan's tartan.. and a rainbow dragon?

Bio force - Mecha... instantly makes me go the other way.. not a fan of mechas..

I can understand adding colors, but I would of more preferred a color I would actually use.. like black and white or just pure black..

The reason that rainbow is the color added as an extra color option in DIs is because it takes extra time to do and rainbows will never be included in commons. Because there will never be rainbow commons, we add the rainbows to DIs to give some options to those who want to create rainbow-based avatars. I know it can be frustrating that a particular item doesn't come in "your" color, but we can't make DIs in every color to appease every person.

I agree or have what another site does, offer a separate item that can change DIs to that color.

Dawn, that's why there are three other colors in the item. The rainbow is merely a bonus. We don't have to add bonuses at all. We do it for the people who do want the rainbows.

I can understand that, however, normally there are /other/ poses that are also rainbow, /this/ time it just seems out of place. It wasn't anything about /us/ wanting a certain color, it was /us/ wondering why a random colored dragon was in an item with nothing else rainbow... Imho it seems like you ran out of pose colors or time and needed something to fill it up.

Dawn to do that we have to have the DI in that color already.....which means that you would have to have every DI done in all of the colors, which is a lot of work. By doing a vote on a item and set of recolors it is easier, but Fen shot the idea down for now because of the fact that to her it feels like a cop out of making more cool items.
