Sorry, sorry! Okay, so I'm kind of fond of Moonstone, but all things considered, including color palette, I'm going to choose Jade.

Agate Rosewood
Bow Has a grey-blue hair color, pale skin with ice blue eyes. Her hair is chin length and she likes to wear tank tops and jeans with hiking boots. |
Jade
Chakram/Throwing Ringblade Skin and hair are a minty green, eyes a deeper moss green; she's kind of pudgy but far from lazy (Take that, Amethyst!). Usually her hair is in a pair of looped braids. |
Psst, I changed my mind I want to do Moonstone now that you brought it up, I'll get an image of her later. You guys can just copy and paste what I have and fill in your character information. We only need the basics.
Name: Moonstone Weapon: A schimitar that can break into two seperate weapons, think zuko's swords.. Gem Placement: Forhead, thrid eye area. Description: Moonstone is tall and slender with pale silvery skin and short blue curled hair thats off to the side. Moonstone is also quite tall about 5' 11"also about 6 with an elegant smooth build. Most of her features are qyite strong a slightly hooked nose, broad shoulders and a flat chest. Her outfit consists of a black turtle neck with a gunmtal blue vest and a silver jacket with blue blue gunmetal accents and star shaped buttons. She also wears black and silver striped pants with buttoned boots. Gem Powers: Bubbling, hologram projector, Gem fusion, Form shifting, and her unique ability to heal broken emotions and easing emotion pain. Once you guys redo the "Character app" we cna work on the plot a bit and see how this should play out and then we're good k? |
Name: Agate
Weapon: Agate uses a bow and arrows made up of pure energy and can pierce through any solid matter, however she cannot break through force fields unless she can find a break in it. Gem Placement: Two small agate stones, one each on the back of her hands, one forming the bow while the other forms the arrow for the bow. Description: Agate is about average height of five feet four inches and is a not slim, but not unfit either. She has chin length blue-white hair that's straight with ice blue eyes that match. Her facial features are on the smooth side, her nose on the contrast being unusually small with strong definition. She usually like to wear a concrete white boys tank-top tucked into a pair of jeans that are either medium blue or dark blue. She also like to wear dark grey boots that go half way up her calf, kind of like cowboy boots but without the flare to them. Gem Power: Agate can do Bubbling, horogram, form shift, gemfusion, and communicate telepathically with others that possess gem powers. But her most powerful ability is being able to fire arrows made up of pure energy with a bow made of energy, being able to pierce through any solid matter but not force fields unless there is a break in them. |
I guess, but the only gems that get last names have two names for the gem. Like Rose Quartz and Lapis lazuli. Maybe instead of just Agate you can use a specific type of Agate. Like Blue Lace Agate, Moss Agate, Eye Agate.
Also don't forget as a crystal gem she has the other powers like Bubbling, horogram, form shift, and gemfusion. Don't forget to include those and for thos other powers you have for her, can you choose a main one for a unique ability? Like one specific to her gem? Like Garnet can swim in Lava, Amethyst can eat clouds, and Pearl can manipulate sand. And then my oc Moonstone has the unique ability to heal emotions, so someone going beserk she can calm them and anyone who's depressed she can heal that. |
Well, the blue one I showed is a Blue Lace Agate, but I wanted her first name to be Agate. x'D I can just cut out the last name if that makes more sense. I didn't know how the naming thing works in the show, so I didn't know that.

Name:Jade
Weapon:Chakram (bladed ring that can be thrown like a boomerang as well as hand-to-hand) that emerges from her gem like a belly ring and expands to the needed size, from small hand use to giant hurled object. Gem Placement:Belly Button. Description: Jade's a shorty, maybe 5'2", her skin is a minty green, her hair just a little darker and usually in braided loops on either side of her head. Her eyes are the classic deep mossy green of jadeite. She's a little pudgy, hard not to be when you're a shorty, but very active and limber. She prefers a crop top of bright lime green, and a skort of olive. Her ankle boots match her skort. Gem Power:Bubbling, hologram projector, Gem fusion, Form shifting, and because jade is a soft stone, Jade produces a Mineral Oil Stream that can be used like an oil slick to trip enemies, or for helping to escape from mechanical type traps. Lots of uses. (I should apparently make an effort to come on at night as well as in the day time. *blush*) |
Oh cool! Don't forget your regular gem powers bubbling, form shifting because honestly she can shift into anything she wants to, gem fusion, and something else. I like her unique ability however pretty cool v;

A setting to start with could be the Temple of the Moon, either whole or in ruins, like in the show. Maybe Garnet, as an NPC character, calls us together as a team for the protection/restoration of the temple on whatever other world our Gems are on.

Oh! I had a thought! Since jade comes in different colors, at some point, Jade could start changing color to reflect her health or mental states! The Colors of Jade
Like if she gets furious she could become Red Jade, if she's feeling nauseous maybe Yellow Jade, if she gets depressed, Black Jade -- whaddaya think? |
Hmm how about if her gem just changes colors instead of her? Like because even if amethsyt shifts forms her colors stay the same. The on time colors change is when its a gem fusion. So instead of having her change colors you can have her Gem change colors.

Speaking of gem fusions, I was wondering if we should come up with what gems we'd become when we do that. And also what kind of weapons and such they would have.

Well there's definitely a possibility for Turquoise if Jade bonds with either of the other two, blue plus green after all.

I like Angelite. Maybe that can be all three of them combined?
Chrysolla sounds like Agate and Jade together in my opinion. Harmony + Purification. sound like them. Okay so look through these and fin out which ones have words that describe the fusing gems well. Also I have a theory for the weapons they use. I feel like the gem fusion will get a weapon based on the two style of the fusing gems weapons. For example: Opal: Bow = Whip + Sword. So in this case Amethyst's Whip is long ranged, While Pearl's sword is precise. Long-ranged + Precision = A bow. Sugilite: Flail = Whip + Gauntlets. For this one, we add Garnet's smashing capabilities with Amethyst's Long ranged to ger a flail. Long-ranged + Smashing + Flail. ???: ???= Sword + Gauntlets. For the Gem Fusion of Pearl and Garnet we can speculate that whatever weapon it is, it's going to have the precision of the sword plus the destuctiveness of the gauntlets. This is another thing to think about with the gem fusions. They weapons should also be fusions as well. |

As for their gem fusion I would say Desert Rose personally, I like the description for it. For me and Jade I'd say the following for weapon: http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs10/i/20...hpinhead47.gif It's kind of hard to find something though because Jade has a blade throwing weapon which is considered ranged and can be used for melee technically speaking, so that only thing I can think of is changing the form to make it easier to hold and throw. :/ As for Moonstone and Jade, how about a weapon themed after a rail twirler? Its would basically be two swords that has a groove along the dull edge and in the groove you could roll a bladed ring like Jade's along it and between the two swords and then swing the sword to throw the bladed ring at them. And while they try to block/defend against it you would swoop in with the swords and attack. Also, I think the Ajoite would be a good gem fusion for Jade and Moonstone. |
