I have a pet cat. He is a gray tabby that we rescued from the animal shelter when he was about 6 months. He has an official name, but we call him Kitty. He is shy around strangers. He is not a lap cat. He doesn't like being held. But he does like to follow you around and sleep next to you. XD

He likes to wake us up every morning at 6 am, sits on paper, hide under the bed, drink water out of the tub, knock over the computer chair, and sleep on my blanket. He also likes to meow like it's the end of the world whenever we leave the house.

Sounds like a normal cat to me! <3

Mine is a very talkative Tonkinese (half Siamese, half Burmese) - they aren't normal cats by any means.

personally, no. I'm not much of a pet person. I think they're smelly and gross and dumb and I don't like the responsibility of taking care of them.

but my family has a dog and I live with my family so sort of.

does it? that cat sounds a bit antisocial to me(of course mine throws fits if he is not held at least twice by the whole house every day)
