Well of course, i still get aurum and i don't think i will get enough to buy everything anytime soon.
If you want me to talk here with you of course?

Gallagher 12-18-2015 06:14 PM

They'd better. They're not real players until they have 3 sets of all the items.

Pinkie 12-18-2015 06:17 PM

lmao I was about to say that I wanted at least two full sets so thankks galla for making me feel small!

Monorea 12-18-2015 06:18 PM

I have 3 sets of all the current Anka Egg items ^^
But for items without different poses isn't it enough with one set?

Gallagher 12-18-2015 06:21 PM

Well, that depends. Personally, I like having an extra copy of anything like shoes and gloves, because it's nice to have two if you ever want to do a split-color avi.

Also, for items with low opacity like the Winter Noel Overdress, you can layer multiples together to change how the colors look.

Tohopekaliga 12-18-2015 06:23 PM

I typically get 4 copies of each rune item. :P

Event things... 1 or 2.

Potironette 12-18-2015 06:26 PM

If 3 sets of every item, then 4080 x 3 = 12.240
I dunno how doable that is, but...Euh, that's over ten thousand.

littl3chocobo 12-18-2015 06:27 PM

61 X''D i just bought the snow stuff, hahaha

Potironette 12-18-2015 06:30 PM

I have 512 as of the moment, still saving.
@Chocobo: Are you going to make something with the snow stuff anytime soon (sfx curiosity piqued xD)

littl3chocobo 12-18-2015 06:31 PM

yes, making an avatar for the avatar contest XD freeform because i have the stuff for the others but not the head for them, hahaha

Monorea 12-18-2015 06:44 PM

Thanks for telling me about opacity, ill get extras of that then and i already get extras for things with a left and right pose.

Fulkth 12-18-2015 07:53 PM

That's good news! I only have 535 snowflakes so far.
So I am pretty sure that I am doing good.

How did I get so many snowflakes so fast? XD
I should get a bundle by tomorrow at this rate!

Lawtan 12-18-2015 07:57 PM

Essentially, if you wanted to get everything by the 25th, you'll need to average 680 snowflakes per day (From the 19th to the 24th)

Tohopekaliga 12-18-2015 08:04 PM

It goes until 8 January, though, so plenty of time. :D

Lucid: 12-18-2015 08:20 PM

I was freaked out when I got so many snowflakes from posting my first post. I thought something was broken! Then I looked at the prices and saw that the ratios match up just fine. It's actually fun to get more currency, it makes me feel like I'm achieving my goal faster even if I'm not.

Lawtan 12-18-2015 08:26 PM

Hmm...that is an idea...

Don't know if that was the plan or not...but an idea...

Pinkie 12-18-2015 08:48 PM

674 now woot...still so much to go

Nightmare 12-18-2015 08:51 PM

4,000 snowflakes jebus o _o
Never realized it was that many

Lawtan 12-18-2015 08:55 PM

Well, ~300 snowflakes/day
times 20 days
gives 6000 snowflakes

And 300 snowflakes is around 20-30 posts. Assuming no gameplay

(And those who get extra will likely give/trade them away)

So I am saying don't worry :D

Glitch 12-18-2015 08:56 PM

I have 613! Woot woot

Nightmare 12-18-2015 08:57 PM

Lawtan the math god. lol
I guess seeing it that way really isn't as bad as i thought. :o

Yeah, that's the idea. Our event currencies are usually such low frequency...we thought something higher would be a nice change. I was tempted to make it more along the lines of 100/post, but, nah.

Gallagher 12-18-2015 09:30 PM

Let's do that next winter. Make all the numbers really crazy from the get go. When Coda suggests 2 per post, we'll be like, 2000 IT IS!

Tohopekaliga 12-18-2015 09:33 PM

lol! I like your thinking, Galla.

Maybe we should have an event, let's call it... Terra. Event currency hands out like 5,000,000 / post.

What happens in that event? No idea.

Fulkth 12-18-2015 09:33 PM

Cool, I am almost at the average of 680 snowflakes today!

Gallagher 12-18-2015 09:34 PM

Next Thanksgiving, let's hand out grains of rice.

Every item costs 7,234,052 rice.

Lawtan 12-18-2015 09:40 PM

...I know that reference from somewhere...old tale...what was the name?

Fulkth 12-18-2015 10:13 PM

@Lawtan

Sorry, I can't help you there. I have no idea what Gallagher is referring to.

Gallagher 12-18-2015 10:14 PM

I wasn't referring to anything. I was literally just shitposting.

Fulkth 12-18-2015 10:17 PM

I would rather pay you in real rice to avoid collecting that much pixel rice. XD

Gallagher 12-18-2015 10:18 PM

Cook it for me and we have a deal.

Fulkth 12-18-2015 10:24 PM

Holy cow! That is approximately 1,033 cups of rice!

I would have to cook you rice everyday for a year!

That is way way too much work!

Gallagher 12-18-2015 10:26 PM

Just stick it in a swimming pool, it'll be fine.

Fulkth 12-18-2015 10:34 PM

o.e That's not cooking! I don't even know what to call that.
I am 100% sure that the rice would then become inedible after it becomes contaminated by pool water...which defeats the purpose of cooking it.

Although maybe we make a rice snowman.

Gallagher 12-18-2015 10:43 PM

Mmm riceman. Sounds yummy.

ml1201 12-18-2015 11:05 PM

115/4080
Dang, I have a long ways to go. T-T Wait, how do we know that amount is required?

Fulkth 12-18-2015 11:36 PM

All the items are in the event shop.

The exact number is a bit confusing even to me.

Lawtan 12-19-2015 12:20 AM

The story was "One Grain of Rice" - supposedly it is an Indian Folktale used in young math classes.

Fulkth 12-19-2015 12:45 AM

Hmm, it sounds interesting. Though I'm not too fond of math class. XD

Den 12-19-2015 01:49 AM

Math is evil. And if you used the hot tub to cook the rice, that might work...
