I was knitting earlier, but had to give up when the puppy woke up. He eats my projects if I am not looking... He is an evil ball of cute.

my cats are pretty good with my crochet projects. they do like sitting on the yarn though. =)

I need to learn to crocet. I can only loom knit right now and it takes so much time.

i can 'knit'.... err, the Tunisian crochet knit stitch looks just like knitting. ;)

I don't know that stitch yet.

Flatter pillows for me, but not totally flat. I squish them around so there's a dent in the middle. Puffy pillows and flat pillows both hurt me.

I used to know how to crochet, but then I picked up a pair of knitting needles and my brain and hands forgot. >.>;;

I like fluffy on top, but firm underneath...or is it the other way around? I have to have two pillows under my head, and then the pillow mountain supporting my knees and feet, because my feet like to swell up otherwise, and then I can't get my shoes on.

*pokes my double RIGs* Well, I won't have trouble finding that last minute prize for my thing.

Tunisian Crochet is an interesting technique... you put allll the stitches on your hook and then take them off two loops at a time. the knit stitch really does look like knitting....

and it looks knit, but i used a crochet hook! =)

also, i use two pillows, and they have to be firm...ish.

this is quite similar to how I sleep. I have 3 pillows under me and one on each side. then about 5-7 blankets on the bed at a time XD

I wish i could have crawled out of my pillow fort. I got woken at 5am, after going to bed after 3... People in this house hate me today

i went to bed a little after 3, and either didn't or didn't hear my first alarm. i woke up at 8:15 a little confused, but that was about the time i had to get up anyway.

I woke up 2 last night for no apparent reason!

I was wakened around six thirty this morning by the start of construction in the parking lot under my balcony. SIX THIRTY. They usually wait till eight. I'm periodic as beep and I need my sleep!

Then I had a nap just now and woke up bibbly. *sigh*

That DOES look like knitting. Neat! I wonder how well the stitch would work on doll dresses.

i used a J/6mm double-ended hook for this one, but i do have an F-hook that can make things with smaller yarn. it's doing the tunisian in the round that can get fiddly.

Ahh. So maybe it's better saved for larger dolls, where sewing the pieces of an outfit together isn't so AHHHHH.

I've knitted with those little T-shaped pins before... I made a scarf for a barbie-sized doll. >.>;;

I could probably do it again, and make other stuff, too.

Tam... maybe? i've never actually knitted doll clothes.

Was playing a pirate this morning, then I didn't have enough crowns to buy the area I needed to go to. Blah. Still, it was fun watching my buccaneer's pet dragon, George, kick butt. He did better than I did in the sea battle we had against a shark named The Mighty Quint.

XD And I've knitted with toothpicks. Just to make some knitting for a doll to hold, though.

Same here. I traded the two poinsettia in the eyes things at the exchange and got stuff I liked better.
