I worked for Toys R Us' call center as an agent, then as a supervisor. And as a collections agent. and as a Customer Care Rep. and as a back room stocker for Hancock Fabrics.

I worked as a drug store cashier, and a grocery store cashier, and a grocery store supervisor, and at the lottery/western union counter at a grocery store, and as a cashier and cutting counter employee at Joann.
(And yeah, yeah, people will pull the "but grocery isn't retail" logic/argument, but I swear to whatever you want to swear to, it is a billion times worse than any other retail industry/job I've ever had to deal with)
