I bake bacon. It is easy to cook a lot of it at a time and it all comes out crispy and flat when you do it on a baking sheet instead of in a skillet.
Okay I have 4 cookie doughs chilling in the refrigerator and more butter coming up to temp for two more. |

I prefer spinach puffs with bacon in them, but bacon croissants would be good too.

Saute some shallots (or sweet onions) in butter and wilt some spinach with it. Crumble some bacon into it, then fold it all into some cream cheese, mix in some grated parmesan and some feta crumbles.
Then you can either bake that mess and it is an AMAZING dip for hearty chips, wrap it in puff pastry for tasty spinach puffs, or just eat it with a spoon. |
dunno if i still like spinach anymore. no idea what a shallot is.

A shallot is a type of onion. Not liking spinach is legit. I can't stand canned or frozen spinach. It has to be fresh.

Actually spinach, chicken, and feta with alfredo sauce instead of marinara is one of my favorite topping combos. |

we are all adults and as the cook i say majority vote gets to pick what we eat. trash food and food that one person cannot eat has to be voted on. majority rules an' all that XD except veg. i am the boss of the dinnerplate and so help me there WILL be veggies

I love a good fresh salad but I am not a huge fan of big chunks of raw carrot. I think because I have jaw problems so hard vegetables that require a lot of chewing kind of make my life difficult.

I only like cooked carrots if they are in other things like soup or sauces. I can't just do like cooked carrots on their own.

yeah, it does. it sucks if you're a fast typer like i am.
basically you'll be redirected to a screen telling you to cool off. thankfully it saves the text that's typed into the posting box, where you can try again after a small amount of time. |
Yeah, I have had it do it to me before. Luckily I have about six things going on so it doesn't happen to me super often.
