Skull candies XD Thats the one I am using-but Bose are much better :>

I like headphones when I am at home, and earbuds when I go out. I am always afraid if I go out with headphones I'll ruin em D:

Echo-chan713 04-27-2011 06:32 PM

I really like Skull Candies but I can't afford them oTL

Espy 04-28-2011 02:30 AM

I just got new earphones. They're Philips, and they work decently. Not much bass emphasis, but oh well.

Phidori 04-30-2011 04:08 PM

Skull Candy.

I love those things.

Ditto. Admittedly only for the name, but the quality is damn near the best. Anything that blocks out the outside world is perfectly fine by me.

Booga 05-01-2011 06:08 PM

I usually just go for gumy earphones. Nice sound quality and cheap too. I refuse to spend any more than 10-15 bucks on earphones lol.

Faxing Berlin 05-01-2011 08:40 PM

I prefer these double bass ear buds that Sony makes, my experience with Skullcandy isn't that great.

This exactly.
Skullcandy headphones seem to break easily :(
don't know about their earbuds. their stuff is kinda too expensive for my taste
what I want is a pair of Bose headphones. I've heard good things about them

Batty 05-19-2011 01:08 AM

I love Skull Candy, too.
But walmart has these really amazing biohazard earbuds that I want. xDD;

Azrael 05-19-2011 01:11 AM

whichever are the cheapest? XD I like skullcandy just fine... but I have no particular preference. All to do with price since my cats tend to eat my headphones.

Ashurato 05-19-2011 01:14 AM

I love Skullcandy and own a pair as well.
I was sold by the lifetime warranty when I was deciding between which brand to buy.
The cord doesn't retract, but I can live with that.

Batty 05-19-2011 01:24 AM

Mine do too, Azrael. ><; I've gone through... four pairs of them in the last ... geez, three or four months? I've started keeping them in my laptop bag. xD Just in case. Same with my cellphone charger. Cause they ate THAT too.

Echo-chan713 05-19-2011 07:47 PM

I get whatever is useful for me...I never buy $1 headphones they suck >.< they lasted for an hour.

Nanka 05-20-2011 05:32 PM

I like loud ear buds that just stay in my ears without falling out every ten seconds. I don't like the ones that actually stick in your ear because they feel weird and don't stay in my ears.

Echo-chan713 05-20-2011 05:34 PM

I like the earphones that are in your ears than some on your ears

Smuggler 05-23-2011 05:04 PM

I have apple headphones that came with my ipod. I don't like Skull Candy headphones much, or any in-ear headphone at all for that matter. Last week my boyfriend and I went shopping and he bought a new set of Skull Candies. They are ridiculously difficult to open and the cable on them was much shorter than the set of headphones that he already had. They're a lovely colour though.

That's the only thing that Skull Candy Headphones have going for them in my opinion. ^^;

Hiccup 05-26-2011 05:13 PM

Honestly, the buds are too large for my ears, the big headsets are...big, and the wrap around the head hang too heavily on my ears (I'm all complaints in case you didn't notice xD). I just haven't found the "perfect" set yet. The ones that came with my iphone years ago, I still have and they're working great. They're buds but...they do, I just don't wear them too long.

femme gauche 06-03-2011 05:16 AM

I don't like earbuds; they make my ears hurt. But they are better than nothing, when portability is important. My preference is studios; at present I have Skull Candy's "Hesh". Kind of big, but great quality. No noise cancelling or anything, but they do a great job for their cost. Which... is still kind of steep for the non enthusiast, I suppose, but if you weren't interested I guess you wouldn't be here.

Serra Britt 06-03-2011 06:50 PM

I have some earbuds that came with my PSP. I don't mind earbuds since I seem to have the perfect shaped ear for them, and then I don't have to worry much about the headpiece messing up my hair or, more likely, the band digging into my head somehow.

I also have a Logitech headset for when I actually use Skype but I swear that thing is out to kill me >>

Kamikaze Chinchilla 06-03-2011 09:58 PM

Bose-liciuos x3. I have the ones that go over the ears and have the slanted inner portion. They are comfy..comfy enough where I can go to sleep in them.

Joey 06-07-2011 11:03 AM

For me currently, I do not use any headphones, but in the past I usually had the cheap kind of headphones, and at other times a headset that I bought from my old college. (I had a lot of different headphones, but most of them got broken >.<) (I bought a headset like two or three times from my old college, while other times bought the cheap kind lol.)

FaceMeetsPalm 06-22-2011 06:57 PM

Ah, headphones. Give me huge ones that cover my entire ear. I want sound-cancelling and bulk over cutesy things. I don't like sticking things in my ears save for my fingers or Q-tips.

J. S. Darling 06-22-2011 09:19 PM

I've had pretty bad luck with Skull Candy myself, and I prefer these Sony ear buds...

Right up there in the spoiler. They've got great sound, neat colors... but what sold me on them is the cord. I wear ear buds while I sleep, and that can often hurt my ears. But they lack a solid plastic piece where the cord meets the device and it's soooo comfortable when you're sleeping. :3

Nefer 06-22-2011 10:47 PM

They look pretty O.O But I can't stand those kind of headphones, gives me an headache after less than 5 minutes @_@

I prefer the totally normal ones that clip behind your ear, though I'd like to buy a good pair of big ones that cover the entire ear for the subway and the such, I wouldn't need to raise the volume that way and I wouldn't damage my eardrum everytime the subway stop ^^;

Sailor Moon 06-25-2011 05:26 PM

I like ear buds.
The ones that have noise cancelling.
I do not have a preference based on brand.

Demo 06-26-2011 08:33 PM

I have personally really liked SkullCandy earbuds when I decide not to lose the little squishy things on the ends XP

Kalei 07-03-2011 08:44 PM

I actualy avoid headphones, I prefer to use speakers. I'm not quite sure why though.

Silverwingedshadows 07-04-2011 08:15 PM

I prefer the SkullCandy ones. Though I wouldn't go through as many if I would remember to make sure both sides are in the car. I have run over several that way.

Athilea Majiri 07-10-2011 10:34 AM

I prefer ear-buds most of the times. Sometimes it's nice to have a good pair of full head phones, like the ones from Bose though.

littl3chocobo 07-10-2011 10:42 AM

well i like vic firth, but i don't think they sell them any more mine are mundo old, but they are standard headphones with double-thick padding and noise cancelation, though they are somewhat heavy

Athilea Majiri 07-10-2011 10:55 AM

I bet they are heavy, but they sound like nice headphones too. I like the noise cancellation sometimes. I just can't do that to often due to a two year old.

littl3chocobo 07-10-2011 11:04 AM

i got them years ago and they were second-hand then, these are good solid ninties headphones hahaha

i see, understandable

Hero 07-15-2011 01:33 AM

I love skull candy but I recently got one with amazing bass haha
I can't remember the brand of it though u_u;

Ladyduet 07-15-2011 02:02 PM

I loved my girlfriends Bose headphones... that is until our cat (who was a little kitten at the time) gnawed through the cords.

regine 07-21-2011 11:40 PM

I do like the earbuds...Im no fan of those huge headphones... they look pretty ugly for me

Saiyouri 07-23-2011 09:42 AM

╔═════════════════════════════════╗

(。◕‿◕。) I don't have a brand, but I prefer the
ones that cover your entire ears
but I use plugs instead since that's
what came with my ipod and I'm too
cheap to buy different ones.

femme gauche 07-25-2011 11:41 PM

I have Skull Candy Hesh. Havnig broken two pair prior to this one (covered by the warrantee, though, luckily, I didn't have to pay full price for new pair), I only use them at home or on long trips etc., and not on a daily away-from-home basis, as I tend to just throw things in my bag. They are very good for the price range, sound quality wise at least. I don't need to have the sound too loud in order to hear it completely. They aren't noise canceling or anything like that, but ... I get a good taste of the music I'm listening to. For a more compact option I tend to just use my apple earbuds, and if they run out I'll probably get a cheap pair... but I don't really love earbuds for a variety of reasons.

johnny 07-26-2011 04:41 PM

I'll pretty much use any kind if they have the little "remote" on there somewhere, like the iPod Touch headphones.

I'm way too lazy, have way too many songs on my iPod, and am too picky about what sort of song I want at whatever time to deal with having to pull my iPod out of my pocket and adjust volume, skip songs, play, pause, etc.

It helps that I can't really tell the difference between headphone quality. It absolutely baffles my brother, but I just can't. "High end" $100+ headphones sound exactly the same as my $30 iPod headphones to me.

MuseSick 07-28-2011 11:24 AM

If you're anything like I am, I go through headphones like Candy.. They don't last me long because I bring them just about everywhere, and I generally am kind of.. Clumsy.. and I have tiny ears so mine usually fall out half the time, or people pull them out.
If you're in highschool- I wouldn't buy any type of overly expensive pair of headphones, because shit happens.. They'll probably get broken sooner than you think.
I usually stick with Walmart headphones, you'd be amazed as how good a 9 dollar pair of headphones can be.. And even if it just takes a little tweaking on your player's settings, you can actually make the sound similar.

I've herd good and bad things about skull candy, they're great for music, but if you're using them for anything but plugging them into your iPod or mp3, or whatever you use, they're apparently not the greatest.

Kit Katy 08-05-2011 02:29 PM

I prefer covered headphones; the bigger the better! I can't stand earbuds being stuck in my ear. They hurt and never stay in for me.
