Thanks i tried Gaia, but it's very low class in a way and not a lot of people my age. Gaia usually caters to the 13-17 year olds (maybe 10-12 in the mix)

And how detailed each post is, even with grammar and spelling it can be a difference as well as how mature your'e posts are (such as posting like an adult rather than a Gaia post).

I think the number and the content posts come hand in hand. I believe you need both to actually work and to be seen on Trisphee which would take some time.

Posting often on games don't usually work. It's in the meaningful forums that gets you noticed like going to The Clubhouse, non forum game Centeral Square, Trisphee Times, even Merchant square can work as well when you're a regular at that particular store/shop.

Clubhouse forums in general. Some Merchant stores can be a hangout place for some people to go.

The Brothel is a popular hangout, and the Werewolf Game starting soon could be a good way to ease your way back into roleplaying.
Jibber-jabber and the rest of central square (besides the games, avoid those) are also good places to hold conversations and meet lots of people.

It's not as hard as it may seem. Just gotta know the right people and branch out. Here, on Saturday I'm starting a large werewolf game in the RP section of the site. If you sign up that would be a great opportunity for you to chat around and meet a bunch of people. The link is in my signature.

We're still a small site, so it's not that difficult to be well-known.
But, maybe focus on making friends instead of fans. P:
