T2373, I think that is good idea.
But who will be our leader? Or we will not have one? Shall that be one of our rules? That no one controls other and we all are equal team, the leader possibly chosen for just one mission?

S256, you're leading us on to something. Maybe... we could vote a Mastermind to run the operation and then the Mastermind could assign mission leaders, or maybe we could have some kind of class system.

T2373, I like the idea of everyone being equal, except for certain mission period, but I think it soon would lead to revolt among our lines.
