He is the ultimate villain of the series, if you ask me. (Though I'm not really a PPG fan, so I guess my opinion doesn't have much weight. Still...) He's badass before he even gets on the screen. "It's... HIM!!!" Best intro to a bad guy ever.

Ah yes I remember him. And even though I saw that scene when I was a child I still remember when him licked the professors cheek and I remember it quite clearly. That was a bit nasty XD. Even when I was younger I still thought that was a bit inappropriate.

I enjoy watching him and his pranks XD he's the very first cartoon character to ever cross dress...or maybe he's the first cartoon character I saw cross dress. |

Oh man. I loved HIM! HIM was awesome. All... girly-evil-echo-voice and claws. Sometimes, without realizing it, I think back. "How can I make this character as scary as HIM?"

I used to watch Powerpuff Girls a lot when I was younger xD. I'm surprised to hear people wouldn't remember Him, he was one of the most memorable villains as far as I'm concerned, especially since he's the only one who seemed truly malefic while the others just did evil deeds because they found it amusing/because they held a grunge against the girls/they were a random monster/or just simply because they could... >.>. Though, Mojo Jojjo did have his moments as well, not to mention Sedussa.
