I've watched the 1st gen pokemon then half and half on the second then I lost interests past 3because they kept flipping characters and I was getting confused by the name and identifying which pokemon is which

I've watched all the series of the anime, which is currently on series 4 (Satoshi/Ash in the Isshu/Unova region at the moment), but I still loved the original series and original protagonists the most. Man, Misty and Brock were awesome. <3

Oh my gosh! I agree. I use to love watching and collecting all the old pokemon stuff. Now, I don't know what any of it is or what has gone on.

The first series was good, and the next few were okay. After that it just kinda went downhill.

Pokemon and Pokemon Johto I was able to follow. Cards and TV series.

Games I just play through =w=, I love the games they make more sense then the anime at this point =(

Ash seems to get younger. xD In the new Black and White anime he looks younger because of what they did to his eyes. |D

They enlarged his irises. Did the voice actors changed?

I realized that the newer version didn't shade Pikachu, but the older one did shade it (you can see it on the belly and a tiny pit on the ear)

I think the voice actor is the same... just aged...

Actually on the Wiki, it said they changed the voice actors in the american version.
