I prefer long hair on girls, it looks beautiful and natural.
Long hair is okay on boys as well, just as long as their not too long and they keep it clean.. but I will always prefer at least medium sized hair for boys

I love long hair on both guys and girls. :3 I really don't like short hair, buzz cuts, and most specifically SHAVED. How am I supposed to play with your hair if you don't have any?! ;~;

I don't really pay that much attention to how other people look, but for myself, I always wanted long hair when I was growing up (I'm male, despite my avatar) and my parents never let me grow it out, but now that I've been able to do so, I'm finding that it doesn't look that good most of the time.

It's down a little ways past my shoulders now, and I'm considering getting several inches cut off. I feel like a barbarian, the way it flares out behind my head like a mane. Plus, between dyeing and straightening it constantly, it's so dead and damaged that the ends break just by running my fingers through it.

If it was actually healthy and well-behaved, I'd probably grow it longer.

I love long hair on girls and guys. Long, natural, uncolored hair. However, it depends on the girl's facial structure and how well it is taken care of. Long, natural hair and also be very unflattering if it is damaged because the person doesn't take good care of it. My hair is long enough that I can sit on it, but I can attest that it is very well-taken care of.

However, if I had a preference, I would prefer guys to have medium length hair (like my husband). Not too short that you can see the scalp, but not too long as to seem unprofessional (or longer than mine).

I love long hair on guys or medium length, nothing too short but I wouldn't mind if it was short either. But my preference is long indeed.

As for girls, either one is fine. :)

I tend to like girl with long hair, but if they have spikey hair, I like them short.

For guys I am usually attracted to shorter hair. I don't know what it is I just love a nice, clean cut, yummeh. Also mohawks are LOVE. Unless they're those super gelled kind. D8
I don't like guys to have a bunch of nasty gell or oil or grease in their hair. Don't wanna touch your hair and my hand doesn't come back dry, bleck.

For guys, I like slightly grown out hair, where it is around the ears and slightly shaggy (kinda creepy, given my brother usually has that hairstyle).

For girls, I prefer long hair on them. It frames them a lot better then short.

Overall, it simply depends on their build and face shape.

Guy - Messy styled short hair

Girl - Long full hair. I like is wavy or curled at the bottom.

So I'm hella curious...When you guys say "short hair" for girls, how short do you usually mean?

I like guys with longer sleek (but not greasy hair) I just rather dislike short hair on guys. :P

With girls it is a little different, because I love certain girls with the 'pixie' hair, but plenty I know look best with long hair, or certain styles.

Mmmmm for guys I love the toned down Visual Kei look... Not too long, not too short...

For girls, anything goes really... There's someone I know who shaved her whole head, and it looked good on her.

Guy - I prefer them to have short hair.

It all depends on how they take care of the hair.

If they take good care of it, more hair is better lol (unless it's summer...less=better for not dying reasons)

If they don't....get rid of it please so I don't have so much of it look at.

Guy - i prefer them to look clean and formal...but sometimes emo guys with really sexy hair are fine

Girl - depends on the style of the girls... I like girls with short hair when they are white and sexy... and i want girls that are tan and sexy to have a matrix hair they say and a average body with white skin to have a long scene hair.. :D

It doesn't matter to me, but if someone can rock hair to their feet more power to them. 8D
