angelica she was awesome beyond words. she always acted like she hated them but if they got into real trouble, while she would complain, she would help.

I liked Chuckie. He was such a worry wart and a fraidy cat.

Angelica was my all time favorite. She claims, of so often, that she hates the babies. In truth, she does love them. They're not only her special toys, but also distant siblings.

The Twins and Suzie.
Phil and Lil because I always had a fascination with twins. I've been noticing that I write a lot of twin characters in stories, and most of the time, they aren't identical twins either, although I have some of those as well.
Suzie because she's actually nice to the babies even though she's older and could technically boss them around, but that's Angelica's job.
Anyway, considering them all, I do like them all, even Angelica has her good points, but the twins and Suzie are still my top ones. Though you have to love Chuckie as well.

Aw, I watched this as a little tyke. It was one of my first cartoons ever. ^^ My favorites were Chuckie and his dad Chaz. A lot like myself and my dad, in fact. :P

Kim and Chuckie! They were a good duo.

I didn't really have a favorite until Kimi showed up. I thought she was pretty neat. I guess Phil and Lil were pretty rad.

I liked Susie, specialy when she was owning Angelica.

Didn't really have a favourite though I suppose it would be Lil. I just liked the show as it was, with the lot of them. I liked how they mis-pronounced things all the time and took it perfectly seriously.

might be controversial but for me the best part was the credits meaning it was over ;-)

Not sure if I had a favorite rugrat, I kind of liked them all equal but than I only watched the show when there was nothing else on. XD

I think it was ruined with the "All Grown Up" series of it... though the special one where they all were grown up for that one episode was fun. Then they turned it into an entire show...
