Features: Mouschi has very soft fur, as she makes sure to take extra care of it. Her eyes seem larger than normal, but perhaps it is just the way she looks at the world. She has one thin golden bangle around her right forepaw with an inscription she cannot read.
Quirks: Secretly wishes she was a house-cat.
Sex: Female
Attitude: She is very quiet, not because she is shy; but because she enjoys silence. Mouschi is very calm and welcoming of others, but because of her quiet nature, she has a hard time getting to know other cats. If another strikes up the conversation first, they may find Mouschi isn't as she first appears.

Sure sure, Passion. Just start out outside the shop (or whereever you prefer) and we can work out an intro or just let it happen organically, so to speak.

So I'm stuck until Passion takes the initiative to move or stay.

Fey is apparently gone until monday so do you want to wait until then? If we don't hear from Passion in that time we can move ahead I suppose, and assume she comes with us. I'll post a message in case she hasn't seen the updates.

I'm willing to wait. I just wanted to make sure that the RP doesn't die.

As long as people are interested in playing I'll make efforts to keep it alive. If I have an issue and can't keep it up myself I'll let everyone know. I hate it when things drop off into nothing with no clues one way or the other.

I think that there should be a hint of "Eccentric" being alive.

Quintus so far seems to be the only one that saw cat go *poof* so he may need to bring that topic up. Mirri's sitting by the window with Sekhmet and not paying much attention to Ciaran. (Feel free to toss something at the back of her head to get her attention Esp, though that may lead to another flattening depending on whether or not Ciaran is in good enough shape to support a forest cat decending upon him, maybe. ;)). Not sure what Jinx is up to. Preparing to sneak-attack somebody?

well, as I didn't have much to say/interact with she's just watching, but I suppose I can have to DO something LOL just loosing my train of thought and dealing with work suddenly wanting me around a LOT more.

That always sucks. Well, Sekhmet was threatening to hide Jin's bell. Did she get around to doing that?

I think there should be an agreement to switch the setting after a while, and I mean on a timescale basis. There's almost nothing left to do in the day time.

I had planned to leave the shop at the start, but we seemed content where we were so far. We can stick either to town or head out on a wilderness trek for whatever reason seems suitable in a pseudo-fantasy-steampunk setting. The shop is full of bricabrac that the cats can make use of in whatever way seems reasonable.

It just means that you can make a character, post for a while when you are able too, but if you get too busy or don't want to be around for that long at a time you can bail for a while. Your character goes in the absent pile. It basically represents a known characters comings and goings, or perhaps a character that only appears for a while like a temporary villain or something. Up to you.

The main gang is from the shop which is staying as it is for now. New cats will be from other areas or backgrounds, and can become permanent game fixtures or not.

As I said...very tempting... I'll consider it Quiet. I would love to be a kitty even if it was just for part time RPing.

So do we have thoughts on where we want to go from here? I'm happy to move away from the store and go elsewhere. Are there any thoughts on the disappearing cat?

I like to keep an aura of mystery about it. Apperantly, people leaving the RP actually helped it grow. It makes me glad that the RP was public. Anyhow, having people join and leave at will is definite help to the RP itself, and I think that the eventualy climax of the story should end the story (the climax being the discovery of what makes cats disappear.

I must confess that I should be posting but I am having a little brain fart as to what to post.

Reading back on stuff may help Poggio. Jinx is still in the store, having been pounced upon by Sekhmet who is now back in a book. Quintus and Ciaran have gone outside.

I wanted to just move the hell out XD I'm better with action scenes.

I geuss we start searching for cats at nightfall then, espy...or at the very least, defend the shop.

XD hang on I am currently re-reading the thread and now I have a few questions and realize why am confused when I read it. Okay its a shop but were is it? Because I thought it was in a city with apartments at the top meaning more then two floors, but I am guessing now that its a resident there for not actually a shop?

It's not a modern or big city, basically think rundown past it's prime type, steampunk-ish sort, or maybe a run-down part of town. The shop itself is not far from the outskirts. The store is on ground level and combined with a living space. That's the idea anyway.

EDIT: nope, It's not if you want to play. The basics are on the first post and make up what you like. You character would be an outsider (as in not from the shop) and we can 'meet you' along the way. :)

Ah okay, XD sorry to keep asking questions about various things. Also if that is the setting it seems easier to accept magic, hmm XD if we are still throwing out ideas the calio could have been a ghost or ... time travel.
