likes chocolate
white, dark, milky, the orange chocolate

not so much strawberry chocolate, which I tried at valentines and coffee chocolate

Sushi 06-04-2011 09:51 PM

I'm really craving some chocolate right now. Like... really bad. xD

Serra Britt 06-04-2011 11:00 PM

I should really stop coming into this thread until I have some chocolate to eat again xD

-banishes cravings-

Quiet Man Cometh 06-05-2011 03:18 AM

The chocolate oranges come out at Christmas time often, or they advertise them. I think it has to do with the tradition of sticking an orange in one's stocking,(British tradition I think, since my family has always done it) so at least one company made it into a chocolate orange.

Serra Britt 06-05-2011 10:46 AM

Yea that's when I usually see them. I haven't had much extra money so I didn't get any this past year T.T

Vanitas 06-07-2011 01:12 AM

Gah, I love chocolate and I prefer milk chocolate.

Espy 06-07-2011 02:11 AM

Shoot. I've been backstabbed by my own thread. (Haha, "Backstab"...a Rogue skill in RO. /shot)

I suddenly want 99%. Apologies to everyone else you got stabbed by the thread.

Funkduder 06-07-2011 03:01 AM

I like white chocolate (which can be even weirder to some). I like the flavor of something trying to imitate chocolate more than the flavor itself. Call me a con-man.

Serra Britt 06-07-2011 10:50 AM

I'm going shopping today so I may end up quelling a few of these chocolate urges xD

Quiet Man Cometh 06-13-2011 11:21 PM

I'm out at my sister's farm with my mom. She's always stocks up befor we come. Lindt bars are the usual choice, ;), but conviniently we also have a hot chocolate tin stashed here too. It's about the only think I drink other than tea.

EDIT: Someone's been in the hot chocolate!

Holly 06-14-2011 12:52 AM

I loveee chocolate.
Probably a little too much. > A >;

I prefer dark.
<33

Angel Spirit Girl 06-14-2011 03:52 PM

Chocolate is nummy.

I got myself a chocolate caramel bar when I was at the grocery store the other day.

Beff With An F 06-19-2011 05:08 PM

I've been craving chocolate for days. D: I'm gonna go out and get some tomorrow! My favourite is Cadbury's milk chocolate or Kinder.

Echo-chan713 06-19-2011 06:31 PM

I love chocolate but I rarely eat it, it's those when I treat myself type of foods. I'm a milk chocolate like the Kit Kat chocolate. I can't eat plain chocolate like hershey Bar it has to have something in it other than Caramel. My fave are like the Kit Kat, twix (yes it has caramel but it has the cookie in it) I love the Cookies and cream bars, Chocolate covered pretzels, like those salty sweet mix

Quiet Man Cometh 06-20-2011 12:44 AM

I love Kit Kats though I haven't had one in a while. Kit Kat and Coffee Crisp are my two staple favourites, but I'll go for almost anything depending on my mood. I'm not usually a fan of fruit in chocolate though, and doge those unless it's a Cadbury fruit and nut bar. I make an exception for that one.

17th 06-21-2011 04:54 PM

I love chocolate :3 But I haven't had any real/really good chocolate, just stuff like hersheys. I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate or white chocolate, though.

Nefer 06-21-2011 04:59 PM

Oh gosh, I just HAD to see this thread right before dinner, didn't I? Now I'm craving for some 85% dark chocolate O.O Hmmm, dark chocolllaaaattee...

Espy 06-21-2011 08:54 PM

I just got MYSELF hungry. Augh...

Quiet Man Cometh 06-22-2011 12:34 AM

Everyone needs their chocolate stash somewhere. I'm used to stashing food in general because I never ate anything fast enough to be able to get to it before it was mowed into by siblings and visiting friends.

nyreen 07-02-2011 01:04 PM

I love chocolate.
It's my weakness. D:

Moonless Midnight 07-02-2011 01:36 PM

I love chocolate but I've got to say I really like milk chocolate and really dislike dark chocolate >.< I hate the bitter taste.

Quiet Man Cometh 07-02-2011 05:51 PM

I'm not fond of the bitterness either, unless there's some sort of fruit in it, like cherry. The fact that I'll eat it anyway at times must say something.

OongaChaka 07-04-2011 06:09 PM

I love chocolate, any kind. :'D
Makes me happy.
But i'm on a diet because I got gastritis so I had to stop buying stuff with chocolate.

Quiet Man Cometh 07-05-2011 04:11 AM

Chocolate bad for that I take it?

Hero 07-15-2011 01:30 AM

I'm actually not too fond of chocolate
I like sweets, don't get me wrong
I eat them like there's no tomorrow but chocolate just doesn't seem to agree with me.
I get sick of eating it pretty quickly

Elf healer 07-15-2011 10:35 PM

I'm rather picky when it comes to chocolate. Basically, I dislike dark chocolate because I dislike bitter things but I love normal milk chocolate and white chocolate. The thing that my family and most of my friends get confused about me is my dislike of chacolate flavoured foods. They all keep thinking that I dislike chocolate in general, which I don't. I just dislike chocolate cake, chocolate icecream and chocolate muffin/cupcakes those sorts of things, but that's probably only because my mum has only ever gotten us the supermarket ones that are crappy. I've actually had some good chocolate cake recently, so maybe it's just specific brands of chocolate flavoured things I don't like. Which sort of leads into my next rant/discussion.

I can't stand the crappy tasting no brand name type of milk chocolates. They're just so horrible x.x I had one that was grainy feeling and tasted weird :\

I LOVE MILKY BAR!! :D White chocolate is probably my favourite types of chocolate xD I also love these brand name chocolates:
Lindt (Especially the ball ones. Yummyyy~ <3)
Guylian (I once had none guylian belgian chocolates and they don't taste as nice :\)
Milky bar or Dream <3
Nestlé (I don't remember if Dream goes in this brand actually...)

Anyone else have specific chocolate brands they like?

Dweller 07-16-2011 01:23 AM

My favorite type of chocolate is definitely dark chocolate. About 55% is where I am most comfortable. x3 I don't think I've ever had darker than that though. It's funny though because my parents HATE dark chocolate. I have no idea how they could though. xD

I only like milk and white chocolate. My father is diabetic so we don't have a lot of chocolate, if any at all, in the house much.

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 05:27 AM

Found a new tastey thing! Mowed down half a Lindt fruit and nut bar today. Hadn't seem them before. Must get more!

Of course "Fruit and Nut" is the name of a Cadbury bar but it's so much easier than saying "the Lindt bar with raisins and almonds adn hazlenuts in it." I don't even like hazlenuts but the bar is tasty.

Ashy 07-19-2011 05:31 AM

but cadbury is awesome :o

lindt too :D

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 06:46 AM

Yup. I like them both.

The first thing my sister did when she got to Australia was send over a webcam image of her with a Cadbury chocolate bar twice the size of her hand. She brought Tim Tams over when she came home for Christmas. My favourite chocolate cookie. :D. We can finally buy them here now. :). Hooray for cookie imports! Or bicuits or whatever term is supposed to be used.

Ashy 07-19-2011 06:48 AM

tim tams are amazing, if you can get the double coat ones there buy them youll never go back to regular tim tams.

and yeah those are the family block size

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 06:55 AM

Heh. I can get Milk, Dark, and Caramel Tim Tams here. Haven't heard of double coat. My sister tells me it's common (I think) to bite off both ends of a Tim Tam and sip tea through it, though I haven't tried it myself.

Ashy 07-19-2011 07:02 AM

opposite corners ill show you

x----o

the x's are the ones you bite off, otherwise it falls apart into your coffee

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 07:08 AM

Good to know. :).

Something new to try when I go on my next snack run. The place that sells Tim Tams reliabley also sells cheap Lindt quite often.

Ashy 07-19-2011 07:11 AM

yeah the local store always does cheap stuffs, oh btw my dad came home with some of the lindt balls :D

im eating a dark one right now

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 07:18 AM

Lindor those are called. I like them too, but not quite as much as the Lindt Excellence bars. They're addicting though, especially the tiny ones. :). We always have them around at Christmas, and odd times in between.

Ashy 07-19-2011 07:21 AM

yeah i know theyre called lindor but its just easier to refer to them as lindt balls cos noone knows what im talking about if i call them lindor ><

Quiet Man Cometh 07-19-2011 07:29 AM

Makes sense. I'm not sure I've the word "Lindor" appear anywhere in this thread, though the 'Lindt balls' are referred to quite often. :D

Ashy 07-19-2011 07:35 AM

see my point :P
