I will glad to see Espy fight again. She is a fierce warrior, Asura. Beautiful in battle. Fancies trickery, though...

Knowing Espy, she probably picked a few tricks up from Durzo Blint, the Night Angel.

I believe that's my friend you're hurting. I understand that stealing's a crime, but this is unjustified. I suggest you release my friend before things get ugly.

Asura snarled at Funkduder, eyes bright crimson. She took her free hand holding the kodachi, flipped the blade up and jammed it straight through the staff. With a quick twist of her wrist, she split the weapon in two. Seconds later, the staff was utterly shattered beyond any use.

"How dare you address me like such in my domain? You have no say here. I will punish criminals as I see fit. There is no friendship. And if you do not like it, then I am afraid that one who does not know who he is facing is yourself."

She turned furious eyes upon Espy. "And you. Have you learned your lesson?"

(Oh hey, Funk....forgot to mention to you one thing: Never piss Asura off~)

As soon as he saw Asura's blade, he knew that he had lost the staff. He was glad that he not only had extras, but that they weren't his favorite weapon anyways.
Asura began to speak to him, something about the nature of the domain and something or another, but as soon as he heard the words 'there is no friendship' the aura from the title of wrath had washed over him, and two knives flew from his belt towards Asura. There was no thought, nor rationale within his mind. Only wrath, a pure recreation of Wrath.

But even Wrath would pale and suffer in the still silence known as Death.

Asura caught the twin blades with her bare hands and threw them back at even faster speed. With the blink of an eye, she was gone and had appeared behind Funkduder before Espy could even touch the ground. "And what do you think you can possibly do to someone who cannot die, does not feel pain, and cannot suffer in the same pitiful nature as mortal creatures. I am a Deathless and you will best remember that.

"You have broken the stipulations of entering this place and I will make you suffer for it if you do not repent."

((This is totally not gonna turn into dragonball in 5 secs))

He couldn't here. He couldn't speak. His eyes had already turned back into his head and the whites of his eyes we glowing red. Any rational person would have thought he'd gone mad, and in its own way, he had.
The knives hit his hands, but the blood that came out was boiling, evaporating and changing as though it were at his command.
He struck fast, even though he knew it would be blocked. It was like fighting light with sound, the light being his opponent. He would lose, and he knew it, but he wouldn't regret it as the strike connected with...

Asura's right pauldron was struck with the force of a bullet train, but the only result of the damage was that she was thrown back several feet. She glanced up blankly, no semblance of emotion on her face. Second later, she let her eyes drift close, allowing an almost gentle smile to cross her face. "If that is the extent of your power, then perhaps I should reconsider fighting with both blades. One will be more than enough."

She raised a kodachi towards Funkduder in a beckoning manner. "Anytime you're ready, fool."

He didn't give Asura the chance to finish her sentence. With both sword and Mace/Flail drawn, he struck at Asura with the sword, and let the mace extend to fll length as his boiling blood leaked from his hands and then grabbed hold of the chain. Floating it above his head, it was no longer a flail or a mace, but almost like a sccorpion's tail, which aimed to bash Asura's head in from above.

((BTW, this can't go on for too long. We aren't supposed to rp in a contest thread and I can't spend much more time as I have work tomorrow. Sorry, but I'll have to finish it.)

Asura stifled a yawn and sheathed her blade. Too much flair and not enough subtlety, that was this child's weakness. She then heard Braen's annoying call in the back of her mind. Now fully irritated, she turned toward Funkduder and addressed him as if regarding the weather. "This begins to bore me. Until you learn my rules as the guardian of this place, you are not to step foot here."

She whipped to the right side like a flash of light, grabbed Espy and leaped up, beating her wings to take flight. She dodged the chained weapon as it struck repeatedly and took her time until an opening appeared. In that split-second, she grabbed the chain and pulled, ignoring the yelp from Funkduder as even he was pulled from the ground.

"A pity I am being called to battle." She sighed as she turned south towards the direction of the Loyalists, ignoring the swears of the man who dangled at the end of his own weapon and the whines of Espy who was held by the collar of her shirt fifty feet in the air. "But first, a couple of deliveries."

The next pairing has been decided.

Do attack each other with killing intent, if you please.

Funkduder tried retracting the chain, but it moved to slow...so he climbed, desperate to save his friend from the clutches of Asura, even if she was an enemy in the war. He was losing too much blood and somewhere long the line he was hit in the chest pretty hard becuase he was coughing blood. He climbed faster and faster, pausing a few feet short of his Grand Master becuase he saw the Royal Medical and hesitated. It was his mistake.

Bleh. You two ninja'd my RP post to stop your fight. Ah well XD
