If people have an allergy, it's to the nickel in the metal (more than likely)

It's kind why people argue about what should be used in new piercings-titanium steel (I think) or surgical steel.

But even without an allergy piercings can do that...it just depends on the person and how they were done....and if the person tosses and turns or rubs it alot...

Caracal. But I don't think it would really match me, to have it's head on my shoulder or something. It is also not something I want to boast and it would be pretty hard to make sure I will have a GOOOD tattoo, not just some lame one, out of it.
So, yeah. I suppose I would want lighter and more elegant tattoo, if I ever got one. That's why thinking about small butterfly or something like that.

When I hit 18 I decided to irritate my mum by piercing my septum, but it's closed now. It was bothersome. I have two piercings in each ear now, in the expected lobe area, but as I'm male they're not wholly expected.

I desperately want an eyebrow piercing but my job might not approve.

Weeeeeeeeeell....it migrated a lot....then I scratched in that area and it ripped out.

It bleed, but didn't hurt. I still have the scar. FUN TIMES!

The piercing bugs the hell out of me. I've never seen anyone it looks good on. But that's just me.

It itches too. And it does look bad. One day I looked at myself in the mirror and just thought, "What the hell was I thinking!?" And then I took it out and was ashamed that I thought it was cool.

I'm glad you realized that. One of my friends has a septum...it bothers me every single time I see him.

I'm not against nose rings mind you....just septums....unless you're a voodoo witch doctor. Then....I guess you can have one lol

Yes, septums aren't super attractive in my opinion. I have tattoos out the butt though. Is there a thread for that? Can I go start one? PLEASE?

Some people go extreme and get back piercings. They're cool to look at but a pain to clean.
There's also this thing where they insert a little screw holder thingy into your knuckle bone and you can screw in balls, jewels, whatever. Yeugh.

Do you mean corset piercings? I think those are pretty, but very stupid at the same time.

There's other places they do that...like in the back of the neck....except it's just under the skin. And that knuckle thing? Makes it seem like they'd be easier to break (your knuckles) after having that done.

Yes, I meant corset piercing, I wasn't sure if everyone would recognize that term. I bet those are a pain to get ripped out.
I like industrials, but one of my friends had one that got ripped out @)____(@ YEUGH.
I know some guy who has the neck piercings. He also has piercings on the webbing between his hands.
The knuckle ones DO make your bones more fragile, and liable to actually shatter if the situation and pressure is just right. No thanks, I value my hands above being avant garde with my piercings.

Septums are really uncomfortable, now that I think about it. I'm too scared to get an eyebrow piercing, I hear so much about them migrating I'm just like "LOL NOPE" and trundle along with my double ear piercings.

Normally an eyebrow piercing will last like a max of 2 years.

OH. GOD. That was the worst thing, cleaning the damned thing. Ugh. And every time I itched it, people thought I was digging my nose.

I don't think so since mucus keeps that stuff trapped inside it...unless your fingers are nasty.

Nose piercings are some of the best ones for not getting infected, though if they do you're SOL. I was really careful to keep mine clean.
For me it's more of a comfort factor - it itched and I unfortunately took a long time to realize how absolutely unattractive the bloody thing was.

I have both of my ears pierced (thinking about getting more there, maybe not). Then I have my lip pierced and navel, too. ^^

Where on your lip? I considered getting a labret in secondary school, then went 'LOL NOPE' I'm a complete baby when it comes to piercings
