Basically - without going into too many specifics - living with my dad was hell, so basically ended up (due to his actions) kinda destroying who I was up until I severed my ties with him and (according to him) "burned the bridge" was reborn into a new person more like who I used to be and for much the better. Kinda the reborn from the ashes thing that I tie to, as well as being born from fire as well.....kinda a theme with me. Duality with fire, how it can both destroy and create.....

Anyways....Tiva got me a two sided pendant with a dragon on one side and a phoenix on the other. Since I identify with the Dragon primarily, but also with the Phoenix. And depending on which myth you read about dragons they can be born by fire as well.

on an extremely random note...after reading that I kinda had the urge to meow in an almost understanding way, kinda like a house cat...lol...but then again, I've always associated with cats...and raccoons...I LOVE Raccoons...they are sooooooo adorable and mischievous!!!

Well it wasn't entirely random...all of my conversations tend to have at least one common factor within them...like this one...

My cat is outside my bedroom door scratching and meowing simply because the door is shut (cause if I don't I end up waking up hating myself and my sinuses/allergies)...and then one of the other cats found the doorstop and is playing with it...it's one of those weird spring kind that go on the baseboard, so every time it get's hit it kind of makes this 'thwaaaaaaang' sound and it reverberates and is kind of amusing...

Ah, okay. That makes sense now. Well, at least they are being amusing...

Lol...well that's all I can do I guess...

I probably need to go to sleep soon since I've got a doctors appointment tomorrow...but it's not until 1-ish, so I don't really wanna go to sleep yet...

Understand the going to sleep bit. I have to drive 5 and a half to 6 hours tomorrow. Ughhh.....

...I get to be on campus at the same time as him since he is picking me up and driving me back...But we don't get to 'have fun' together until after we've unpacked...his rule...is kind of sad about that since I've got a lot of clothes to unpack...

Not really...I'm only a little over 1/8th of the way there...I've got quite a bit to go, but I'm kind of excited about getting the page prizes from Mizzy's charity...I'm gonna get about 1.5k from past pages, and I just won the 200th page prize so that should be 2k that I get...so yays...

Yeah....well, kinda. I slept, just not as long as I was planning on. Woke up fully energetic and made the 5.5 to 6 hr drive in a straight shot.....it was actually not bad....had to nap later though.

Yeah....I am....it is enjoyable but wish I could cuddle and sleep with her though...
