So if you're a scientist, where's ya lab coat?

Gallagher 12-31-2011 05:16 AM

Scientist?

I'm not a scientist. I'm a doctor, thank you very much.
And the only one I have that isn't ruined already is at the dry cleaners.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 05:29 AM

*gets into a a lab suit* alright then, doc...lets get to work.

Gallagher 12-31-2011 05:36 AM

Aha! How bloody brilliant. I must admit, though, you looked much more dashing in that other outfit of yours.

And, I would like to get a doctor-esque outfit eventually... -mutters while looking through catalogues-

Funkduder 12-31-2011 06:06 AM

I don't try to look like a charmer now, though I can always be one for you ;)

Gallagher 12-31-2011 06:09 AM

Oh? O-oh- Oh my.

-hrm- How generous of you. You're just full of surprises, aren't you? And is it just me, or is my arm bleeding? ... Peculiar.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 06:13 AM

It's during the night, that my fits of insanity, and mind-fucking fits, which go hand in hand anyhow, get a bit crazy, so if you feel like I'm going overboard, please let me know so I can...restrain my self *licks lips*

That odd occurrence has happened to me more than once, so I know sorta how you feel (that combination of "what the fuck" and "err...okay...")

Edit: Hey Gallagher...We're alone. XDDDD

Gallagher 12-31-2011 06:19 AM

Oh, well, I wasn't- I wasn't exactly complaining... or whatever.

I think what it is is a nasty pest problem... -shakes head- Give an insect immunity to common poisons, and look what happens! All in the rug, too... The others will not be pleased.

I did notice that! It's almost like... What's that thing called, fate or some nonsense? Humph. Ridiculous.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 06:23 AM

Oh, ho? You're not complaining then? well that's a first among those I've met...

I know, right! ((and others? what others? XD))

I find it to be interesting coincidence.

I kinda like your write style so I'm stealing Borrowing it once in a while, mmkay?

Gallagher 12-31-2011 06:28 AM

Others, my dear, others. The others like little Nex over there who will come back to find all of her little insect hybrids lost in the rug, or fur and feathers of her other projects! This is not good, not good at all... And this bug bite really itches...

Do you like it? I have to be honest, it kind of happened by chance while doing my intro, and it, well, stuck. Obviously. But, you know what they say, about mimicry and flattery and all of that... stuff.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 06:33 AM

Oh, I see. That's unfortunate for her. Do you two live together?

I actually don't know. I heard that learning was the art of mimicry, but I never heard it relate to flattery.

Gallagher 12-31-2011 06:39 AM

No, no, just a case of reality mixing in with our lovely little fantasy here. I tend to swing between such things fairly regularly... -laughs nervously- -shakes head-

The old saying that mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery... Most often used by parents who wanted one child to stop complaining that the other, typically younger, was copying their every move and word... It also shows in pairs that are courting, in which the two will mirror one another when they're interested.

But, yes. It applies to learning as well.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 06:45 AM

I've lost track of reality too many times to care for it. Though, reality would be interesting were it this fantasy.... (gets a little lost in the thought)

I see...*grins* Well then I, Funkduder, *bows* do give my sincerest compliments in that way. or at least I think that's how that works...

I've changed the layering of my avi so the mist looks more like a scarf than a shroud. *spins* what do you think?

Lauv Keiko 12-31-2011 10:41 AM

This kinda sparks my interest...hmm...inner mad scientist...XD

Asami 12-31-2011 01:44 PM

//went to sleep last night

Asami 12-31-2011 01:58 PM

Funkduder 12-31-2011 02:06 PM

Well I think it's brah. Bruh is in UD as well, but it's different that brah, I swear.

Asami 12-31-2011 02:13 PM

nahh bruh is the correct term :P

Funkduder 12-31-2011 02:17 PM

If it isn't, it probably should be.

I do have to admit, though, it can be a little... difficult, to keep up this style at times. Sometimes I just wanna explode and go 'What the fuckadilliondiddlecopter am I doing messing with this nonsense!' then go get a drink and watch a movie instead... That would be quite improper, though. -arches brow- I do quite like the scarf, though. I should get one for myself.

And, it seems that I have wonderful timing when it comes to picking right when the site has gone down to try and post. Hm. I'll have to get used to this.

Let's refresh and see what the newest part of the conversation holds... -shuffleshuffle-

-reads- ... -sips tea- ... -stares at Asami- ...

...

Brah would be very, ah, Cali and Hawaiian in influence, I do believe. Bruh is something else entirely. Around here, the emphasis is on the center of the word rather than the end, so neither apply.
Either way, it's fucking slang, there is no 'right' between them, just various levels of coolness.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 04:23 PM

hmm...I think I'll stick with Galla here, on this one. (do you mind if I call you "Galla")

Gallagher 12-31-2011 04:25 PM

Not in the least. Have at it. I've got a bit of a thing for slang, accents, and the like. Don't get me started. I went on a 'groovy' rampage against someone once.

Funkduder 12-31-2011 04:27 PM

"Groovy" just reminds me of Austin Powers and stuff. *run out to grab some food*

Gallagher 12-31-2011 04:32 PM

Oi, y' little git, don't you go'n start with that nonsense. That's just trifflin'.

Pfft.

Asami 12-31-2011 09:36 PM

//stares at gall
Why you staring at me??

Lioshika 12-31-2011 10:10 PM

>_> Just visiting. No need for medical assistance.

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:11 PM

I can stare at anyone I please. This is my establishment. Pfft.

Lioshika- Visitors are always welcome. -smiles- You may even change your mind after a little tour, hm?

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:12 PM

I highly doubt that I would be volunteering for it.

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:14 PM

Well, whatever, we can talk about details like that later. Would you like some tea?

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:16 PM

No thanks.
-Looks all around the chairs suspiciously.-

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:19 PM

I would appreciate it if you didn't act like we're complete monsters here. I mean, you're not about to be kidnapped, brainwashed, and tortured or anything. What a ridiculous notion. Really.

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:21 PM

>_< That's what I was told last time I was.
-Sits on the floor.-

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:23 PM

Watch out for chemical spills. -hrm- Well, rest assured, our establishment is completely legitimate.

... Bloody hell, why is that child going through my candy stash? -grumbles-
Where's my broom?

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:25 PM

-Blinks and scoots along the floor.- >_>

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:28 PM

-arches brow- You aren't part dog, are you? Because mine does that when they've got something stuck in their... Well. Yes. You're not, are you?

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:31 PM

Nope! I'm just afraid to get up and have someone stick a needle in my arse and shoot me up full of a sleeping agent.

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:34 PM

In your arse? Oh goodness, no! In the neck will send it through your system much faster.

Lioshika 12-31-2011 11:39 PM

-Screams and hides under a blanket.-

Gallagher 12-31-2011 11:42 PM

Hey! Whoa! Wait a minute!

That's not one of the fire blankets, is it? Put that away this instant! It's for emergency use only.
