Well... Yes and no. The technicalities aren't that difficult, but there's a lot of traits that a mod must have that can't always be taught. You see, while the actual actions are easy enough to perform, the things that a lot of the training covers, there's a lot more to it because working with users is the most important part of the job. Not everyone can handle it, let alone in the long term.

This is very true. And, honestly, just keeping up with getting the ADIs has been troublesome, lol. I really need to get around to posting more, but it's difficult these days.

My three month anniversary is on the 30th!
I'm having trouble staying on the computer too much in general with my recent back issues and troubles with migraines and my stomach. And a lot of the time, I'm working on something instead of chatting actively. |
