There are a couple versions around I think. No doubt BBC has one, and there's probably another, possibly put out by A&E when it actually showed stuff that wasn't whatever series is the most popular at the moment. -.-. If there's a period piece to be found anywhere then BBC has probably already done one.

Watched (sorta watched) Hugo a couple times this weekend. It was playing and I listened to it and looked over at it now and then. Interesting movie I think. I did get the impression that no character in the movie was all that important in the grand scheme of things, really. My mother and I found it rather amusing that whenever we watch a show that has anything to do with Britain we end up recognizing a pile of people from all the BBC shows we watch. We've started giving nicknames to the actors whose names we can't always remember.

Listening to a movie can be an interesting thing. I did it once while doing homework and listening to Braveheart, since it was on a channel we didn't get and the picture was all screwy (back in the of cable here!). Listening to Hugo was neat, especially when Christopher Lee showed up. I didn't know who was in the movie until we started watching it.

Shohnightingale 04-13-2012 04:29 PM

The last movie I saw was Water for Elephants. It was actually pretty good, but not something I would watch a second time.

Rinni 04-22-2012 03:36 AM

Saw Alien vs. Predator again...

.... I still get sad at the end when the Predator dies. I think a good friendship could have started had he survived. : <

Cyanide Lollipop 04-22-2012 11:25 AM

Watched three movies last night.

Saw VI, which was okay. Saw VII, which I didn't like too much.

Lastly I watched Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil, which was awesome.

Last movie I watched was Hunger Games. Good movie overall. Still need to read the books though.....

Cyanide Lollipop 04-25-2012 10:32 AM

Dawn of the Dead (2004). It was pretty good.

Airina 04-25-2012 10:35 AM

Mamma Mia while at the dentist it was really fun to see again.

Helsinki Harlot 04-25-2012 10:27 PM

(Need to get around to see the Hunger Games.)

Saw Titanic in 3D. And honestly? It was amazing. It wasn't the stupid things pop out at you type of 3D but what they did was create layers inside of the screen. Very impressive (other than the stupid person who brought their 5 year old in for the movie and we had to sit next to them.)

Also recently watched Ten Inch Hero. Insanely in love with that, I think I've re-watched it 3 times now. I don't care what people say, I love happy endings. Sometimes it's just nice to see things go well. :]

Just finished watching RoboGeisha... XD Oh sweet Kami it was bad! Not bad like I wished I hadn't watched it, but bad in the sense that it would've been much better had I been blitzed out of my skull. It's the kind of movie you watch at two-thirty in the morning when you're falling-down drunk.

Quiet Man Cometh 05-14-2012 02:23 AM

Watched Warhorse the other day. Not what I was expecting really. I think it focused more on what was around the horse rather than the horse itself. It was more of a war movie than a horse movie, but I'd watch it again. Filming was cool. I'd say I can see why it was nominated for best picture, but can also see why it didn't win.

Kaderin Triste 05-14-2012 07:11 AM

Last movie? Gosh...that was over a week ago now...and I believe it was A Cinderella Story.
My mom and I were doing a "chick flick" marathon and it was one of the last few I had brought.

Quiet Man Cometh 05-14-2012 07:23 AM

Whoops, my bad. When my last post was made, the last movie I watched was Second Hand Lions (I love that movie!) Which I forgot about.

And when this post was made, the last movie I watched was The Sign of Four with Jeremey Brett as Sherlock Holmes. I don't keep terribly good track of these things.

Arikana 05-14-2012 09:51 AM

Dark Shadows!! :'D

Yokuutsu 05-14-2012 12:48 PM

Hunger Games was the last I saw in theaters.

NikkoGallarado 05-15-2012 09:55 PM

The last set of moves I have seen in the last week are, The Avengers, Dark Shadows, Thor, Capetian America, Iron Man one and Two, Darkest Hour. Are the movies I have seen so far. XD

I am the manry-est of men!

Fey 05-16-2012 09:58 AM

Lioshika 05-16-2012 12:03 PM
