@Espy~ Not necessarily no. The Ryuujin are just the strongest. But the majority of them would be the leader of their respected gang.
But there was a reason why I put in two Ryuujin per team because I knew someone might not want to have a leader type character but still wanted a unique power XD My character is special > u> @Moon~ I guess pretty much what I pointed out to Espy o .o @Nikko~ If you think you can manage 3 then that's fine. But remember you can only have One Ryuujin character and I'd prefer they be in different factions if at all possible. @Trak: yeah, but using the power requires you to concentrate. Brake that concentration and the illusion breaks/fails and well I just added the speed just in case XD

Remember the leader of the skull gangs is the "Skull Emperor" And he/she is missing so the gangs are disorganized. And the gangs are having a bit of in fighting as well XD |
