....i left my phone at home. i didn't realise it until i got all the way to work, parked my car and went over to the starbucks for my bagel. it wasn't worth spending another 25 minutes round-trip (which i realise isn't that long) just to get it. and i have a work-around for the one thing i do actually use it for while i'm at work, so it's all good. =)

My day is alright. I drove to the state's capital to take an exam for recertification for my teaching license. It has to be done every 5 years. This is my tenth year teaching, so my second time taking the recert. I hope I passed.

Pessimisticat - no, i'm not a manager. it's only three days at 4 hours each for my second job - that's only part-time.

Ohhh, fingers crossed for you! Thats amazing. I've always really admired teachers, considering I'm not the easiest person to teach.

Lol well thank you for your respect. Teachers work hard and give up a hell of a lot of their free time and use their own money for their student's benefits. Usually we just get complaints. No one ever thanks us. But thank you! :)

Hello Hyjin! My day is going well. My friend from high school is coming over to see me. :) I can't wait to see him. We drifted quite a while ago but we both said we want to try to be as close as we were in school.

Of course! I'm still actually friends with a few of my teachers, and they have all the respect in the world from me. It's a hard job.

Batty: Thats great! I am sure your relationship with your teachers make them feel like their hard work and struggles are worth it. I've gotten to see one or two of my old students and they said I helped them a lot when they were in 8th grade and its always nice to know some students appreciate your work. I dont have any students who became friends though. I think that would be cool.

Hyjin: It was awesome to see him again. We talked about what we've been up to these past years. Apparently he has two kids now. :) He was amazed when I said my girlfriend was carrying my 11th child. He got to meet her and the kids I have on the weekdays and my grandson. My 5 year old liked him so much that the minute he left, Cian turned and asked, "When is he coming back?!" Lol
