Adelais gave him a serious stare, "You laugh, I will kill you." He led Aaron out and down the stairs, being aware of his..soreness. He led him out to the lot where a very dingy looking row of garages lay. He chuckled a bit and with no indication of movement, the garage door numbers 8 opened up slowly and rather noisily. Inside was a almost mint condition 2011 Audi R8 GT. It's silver paint shone brightly under the cheap garage light. Adelais displayed the car with his free hand, a black rectangular key suddenly appearing in his hand as he moved it towards Aaron, "Be careful alright? It's very tempting to..disobey rules..in this car." Okay..eye patches and cars consumed his money...but what vampire didn't have at least one overly expensive car? None.

Aaron held up his hands, "I wasn't going to laugh." He smiled. "Sweet, that is better then my Porsche." He chuckled. He gently took the keys, "Trust me, I follow the rules... Well the rules of the road anyway." He slowly made his way to the passengers side to open it for Adelais.

Adelais smiled a bit, getting into the car after the door was opened for him, "I should probably warn you, don't be surprised if we get tailed or even pulled over....I have..a bit of a record." He grinned, his mind slipping into a not so PG-13 daydream of the two of them in a prison cell; not that that would happen but still. The thought was..more than pleasing.

Aaron shut the door and limped to the drivers side.he got in and buckled his seat belt. "Well my record is clean so we should be fine." He bit his bruised lip. He chuckled a bit, "But the things we could do in jail." He winked as he started the car. He gently backed out of the garage and headed to the restaurant. "This place has wonderful veal parmesan." He smiled.

Adelais chuckled; great minds think alike. He quickly pulled his mind back to reality as he glanced over to Aaron, "Veal? You're honestly trying to win me over with cows? Such nasty creatures.." He chuckled again, leaning back in the seat and closing his eyes. What an interesting relationship indeed.

Aaron chuckled, "Who says I haven't already won you over?" He smiled. "You seriously don't like beef or veal?" He looked at Adelais with a weird look on his face. He quickly looked back at the road, "Weird..." He mumbled.

He shook his head a bit, "Not particularly, no. I don't mind it, but I don't favor it...I know you'll laugh at this..but when it comes to human food I prefer..'vegetarian' foods. Hilarious..isn't it?" He chuckled a bit himself, "It's more comforting I suppose to know I'm eating something that does not specialize in eating and pooping.." He rolled his eyes, knowing how ridiculous that sounded.

"It is.... interesting." Aaron smiled. "That is understandable. But I usually don't think of it that way." He chuckled. "What is your favorite vegetarian dish?" He glanced at Adelais for a moment before back to the road. "If I remember correctly they do serve vegetarian dishes there to." He nodded.

"If you really knew half the crap that really went on with those animals..you wouldn't eat them either." He felt a bit awkward now. "I usually don't 'eat' anything other than salads I guess...they're quick and easy and found almost everywhere." He shrugged, tilting his head towards his window and opening his eyes.

Aaron shrugged a bit, "Never know." He sighed a bit. He could tell that Adelais felt odd. "Salads are nice." He nodded not knowing what to say. About fifteen minutes later they pulled into a fancy looking restaurant. "Here we are." He smiled a bit. He pulled into a stall and slowly got out and went to open Adelais' door.

Adelais eyed up the restaurant as they pulled up, climbing out when Aaron opened his door, "Hmm..interesting.." He took a quick sniff of the air, then growled slightly, narrowing his eye. "What does she think she's doing here?" His eyes had a slight red tint as he stared down the building.

Aaron shut the door when Adelais got out, "Who?" He looked at the building confused. "Do you wanna go somewhere else?" He bit his lip a bit.

He shook his head, "An..acquaintance..." He was silent a moment as he put his hand around Aaron's waist and led him inside, "Not at all!" He was rather 'cheery' and back to his 'normal mood' by now. "We won't be bothered." He gave Aaron's cheek a light kiss then held the door open for him.

Aaron nodded, "If you say so." He smiled a bit when he felt Adelais' arm around his waist. He walked into the restaurant when the door was opened for him, "Thank you." He bit his lip a bit. This was so weird, he had never been on a second date with someone before. He held up two fingers to the server.

Adelais's eye hurried over the restaurant's guests to locate the woman he was talking about. Sure enough, her red eyes stared right back from the fifth table away from the hostess stand. He narrowed his eyes back, then looked back to the hostess with a slight smile, "I don't mean to sound..demanding or anything, but I have a bit of a restraining order on the pale blonde haired woman...50 feet minimum in enclosed placed like this...but..I'll settle for as far away as possible..Please."
The hostess nodded, her dark hair falling into her face a bit before she tucked it back and grabbed two menus before leading the two men to a booth as far away from the indicated woman as possible. She set the menus down and motioned for them to sit, "Our soup of the day is Clam Chowder. Your waiter will be over soon to take your drink orders.." She gave a slight bow/nod, then went back to her post. |
Aaron followed Adelais and the hostess to their table, he sat down across from his 'date'. He nodded to the hostess and looked back at Adelais. "Is everything ok? I mean I know you say you have to be fifty feet from that woman. But you seem a bit more on edge then that." He bit his lip hoping he didn't overstep. "Never mind it's fine." He nodded.
