Vincent 04-16-2014 06:38 PM

Yeah me too. x.x

Uh. Soaked. XD

Would you rather be freezing or sweating like hell?

Espy 04-16-2014 07:19 PM

Freezing. It's dropped from 80F to snowing here in the course of a single night and I am /very/ happy about this. ...Then again, my ideal outdoors temperature is between 20 and 40F. My friends and I have this running gag about Nordic blood. Which I don't have, by the way, unless it was several generations back. And I'm from California.

...Yeah, I hate it being really hot. I wear mostly black.

Would you rather enjoy some time alone on the roof of a tall building with no one else around (don't worry, there's little risk of falling off) or in the forest (nighttime, daytime, doesn't matter)?

Vincent 04-16-2014 07:29 PM

Luckyyy.Dx... I wish it would go like that here. Sadly it's starting to get to summer. And yeah that's pretty good. XD
So do I . XD Which sucks for the summer.

Probably on the roof. I don't ilke bugs and I'd be paranoid of any kind of snakes or whatnot regardless if there 'wouldnt be any' or whatever. XD

Would you rather have to add salt to everything you eat or sugar to everything you eat? (the most random question... XD

Espy 04-16-2014 07:35 PM

We had five months of winter, about two weeks of spring, three days of summer, and now it's winter again.

Salt. It's a flavor enhancer, in small quantities. Unless we're talking about adding a /lot/. Then, for health reasons, I'd go with sugar.

Would you rather have a week of clear skies and bright sunshine, or gray skies and strong winds?

Vincent 04-16-2014 07:38 PM

@ Espy ;
Psh. I'm gunna move wherever you are. XP It's so blah here in the summer. XD

I guess more of small quantities, so yeah. XD

Gray skies and strong wind. XD

Would you rather have it be christmas or halloween tomorrow, if you could choose?

Espy 04-16-2014 07:42 PM

It's really nasty here in the summer, too, and for the record, I'm currently in Pittsburgh. Though...I'll be moving around Pittsburgh/NorCal/Washington/Oregon for the next few months.

There's a huge park next to campus; I really like going there and just listening to music (metal, surprisingly enough) when it's super windy.

Hm...Christmas. No classes, it's in the middle of winter...I get to run around with my friends and do a bit of urban exploration.

Would you rather have ice cream when it's snowing or hot coffee when it's hot outside?

Vincent 04-16-2014 07:51 PM

'For' the next few months? Meaning you're not staying? Dx
Well at least you don't have much summer time , right? XD
I've always wanted to go around to the northern states. Dx I've been in Florida, Illinois, and now in Alabama, which is the suckiest state ever. /:

Sounds pretty awesome. xD Make your hair whip itself as you listen to metal. /gets shot

haha. exploration. XP

Ice cream. :3 It doesn't make it that much worse, where hot coffee just somehow...makes it worse... XD
( i generally perfer iced coffees anyway. XD )

Would you rather explore a 'Haunted House' or a 'Deep Hidden Cave'?

Espy 04-16-2014 08:16 PM

Well, after Spring semester ends, I'm not going to stay in Pittsburgh because of reasons, so I'll be going home for a bit and then going to WA/OR for ten weeks. Pittsburgh usually has a decent amount of summer. We just have /very/ unpredictable weather. My roomie and I went to sleep with the AC on and the window open for circulation, without blankets...and when we woke up, it was snowing.

Illinois is nice. My dad went to college in Evanston. Haven't been there ever since the "family" members we had in Evanston passed away.

Pfft. My hair's not long enough yet. Give it a few more months and tell my mom to not insist on a haircut.

Hidden caves, definitely. There was this one time my parents and I went to explore a lava cave, and there was a sign outside that read something along the lines of "Rent a gas lamp from the visitor shop", and we were all "We have flashlights, no big deal."

...And then we went in and couldn't progress more than a few dozen feet. It was SO DARK in there. Like.../pitch/ dark. Darker than any place I've ever been. I would've kept going if 1.) I hadn't been more than a bit freaked out and 2.) my parents hadn't insisted on a gas lamp. Which ended up being a good idea, anyways. Could've hurt ourselves really badly if we hadn't.

Was also this one time my class went on a field trip to Yosemite and the end-of-day challenge was to climb through a narrow cave virtually blind. No lights, no yelling. The only way we knew where to go/duck/climb was from the person in front of us. It was honestly one of the most memorable experiences I had in middle school.

...Wow, that was a fucking /essay/.

EDIT: Oops. Would you rather listen to loud or soft music while doing homework?

Vincent 04-16-2014 08:47 PM

Holy wow it is an essay. XD

Ah. :c I wish I could move from here but I can't for a while~ Money issues. Dx
Lmao. XD Must have had the AC on too long blowing outside. Look what you did. XP

I don't really remember much about it. The only thing I remember was walking to school and some cornfields on the way or something. XD I kinda wanna move back there maybe, I don't know.

xD Haha. My hairs kinda medium. I kinda like how it is right now, for once. XD I can't really tell if I do short styles or medium styles best. I don't do long. xD Just. Don't really care for long hair. XP

A lava cave? o_O; Sounds rather different.
Why would you want a 'gas' lamp in a 'hot' place. (wouldnt it blow up or do they not work like that XD)

Wow. o_o; I dunno if I could imagine that. Sounds really awesome, but scary. x.x' /someone's gas lamp running out or something.

Middle school? XD your schools are much more interesting then ours then. XP That would have been an intersting experience indeed.XD
I havn't done too many interesting things in my life. ._.'

Uh. probably soft. XD I get distracted easy.

Would you rather fly through the skies on a plane or a hot air balloon?

Ultima 04-16-2014 10:08 PM

-tries to find the question in all that- O _o;
If I'm piloting, a hot air balloon. If not, a plane.

Would you rather discover Bigfoot(s) or aliens?

Vincent 04-16-2014 11:33 PM

Bigfoot. An alient can capture me and who knows what extended torture I'd go through. Dx

Would you rather be lost in the mountains or on a boat in the ocean?

Jurinjo 04-17-2014 04:12 AM

Mountains, maybe I can survive like that kid did in The Hatchet. I've read that, some other book about an englishman child being taught how to survive by native americans, Lost, and uh...I'm pretty sure tehre's more xD

Would you rather attempt to drink a cup of vegetable oil or a cup of cinnamon?

Vincent 04-17-2014 04:17 AM

I read that book for school like forever ago. XP I still remember the bear thing.

Uh. I dunno what either one would taste like. o_O; I'm guessing I'd probably choke on the cinnamon so maybe the vegetable oil would go down easier. XD

Uhh. If you could take yourself to a foreign place would it be England or Japan?

Espy 04-19-2014 08:03 PM

That's...hard. If I could go to other places from there, it'd be Britain. If not, I'd probably go to Japan.

If you could and had to choose between dark and light magics to wield against an army by yourself, which would you rather use?

(For the record, dark magic includes necromancy, blood magic, hellfire, etc -- it's much more powerful but at a greater cost. Light magic would include healing and such, and is more useful for keeping you alive for a longer stretch.)

Vincent 04-19-2014 08:54 PM

Probably dark magic. Normally I'd choose light, but against a whole army I don't know how well I'd be able to slink around and heal myself while picking them off. XD

Would you rather be a hospital janitor or a high school janitor? XD

Jurinjo 04-22-2014 11:27 PM

Highschool. I want to work in a hospital but a janitor doesn't really work with people as much and empty hospital halls scare the shit out of me.

Would you rather forget everything that is going to happen on you hence forth, or would you rather remember every pain-staking detail?

Vincent 04-23-2014 01:30 AM

Probably remember. XD Wouldn't be much different then what it is now and forgetting everything would be worse. :c
/and quite disorientating. XD

Would you rather be abandoned on an island by yourself or with your worst enemy?

Kenai 04-25-2014 09:25 PM

By myself. Maybe I'll end up with a volleyball buddy like in outcast. But more likely I'll just die out xD I think that's better than dying with my worst enemy honestly...wait ABANDONED?! WTF would someone do that to me? TT^TT

Would you rather everything tasted like beef or chicken when you ate it?

Ultima 04-25-2014 09:54 PM

Chicken. I actually hate beef.

Would you rather be in a crowd or alone?

Vincent 04-26-2014 07:23 PM

Uh. Really depends on my mood but most likely alone. XD

Would you rather listen to 30 minutes of nails-on-chalkboard for 4 hours of 3 cats constantly screeching and meowing horribly?

Jurinjo 04-28-2014 04:32 PM

I think I can handle the cats better. Even if they were all up in my space.

Would you rather be caught in just your underwear or just your shirt?

Ultima 04-28-2014 04:52 PM

Just my shirt. Most of them are probably long enough to cover my junk o3o;

Would you rather eat at Burger King or McDonald's?

Jurinjo 04-28-2014 05:18 PM

MCDONALDS! I've gotten food poisoning too many times to ever trust another Burger King again!

Would you rather accidentally walk into/through an expensive painting, or accidentally fall face first into poop?

Minion 04-30-2014 01:52 AM

Painting. I've had my run-ins with poop and I would NOT like it to escalate to the face first kind of thing. DX

Would you rather sleep in a room with a spider that escaped your mighty smasher-o-doom, or sleep in a room where you could hear a rodent gnawing all night?

Vincent 05-01-2014 08:07 PM

Honestly I can cheat on that and say the rodent since I'm hard at hearing. XD I'd be fine.
Plus rodent arn't as bad as spiders are for me anyway. ;~;

Would you rather walk accidentally into a spiderweb or into a freezing pool?

Ultima 05-03-2014 06:25 PM

A freezing pool. That you jump right out of and dry off. Spiderwebs NEVER come off.

Would you rather wear a thong or no underwear?

Kilala Mikal 05-06-2014 01:49 PM

No underwear.

Would you rather eat your favorite food after it's gone bad (not moldy bad, but bad enough to give you a belly ache) or your most hated food (that you're not allergic to)?

Espy 05-06-2014 01:53 PM

Most hated. Even if it's not moldy-bad, I'm still mycophobic. ...I have strong feelings about the food I eat.

Would you rather go to Europe for vacation (by yourself or with a friend) or Asia?

Den 06-15-2014 04:18 PM

Europe. I have more family history there.

Would you rather ride in a Mythbusters tricked-out golf cart, or a go-cart?

Illusion 06-24-2014 09:57 AM

I'd ride in a tricked out go golf kart...

Would you rather eat a live worm, or have to explain to a 5 year old boy's parents that their son has leukemia.

Espy 06-27-2014 03:05 AM

Live worm. I have my reasons.

Would you rather be exceedingly skilled at creating one type of visual art, or at composing one type of music?

Alpha 08-20-2014 09:51 PM

Rather be good at composing one type of music. It has more of an impact for me.

Would you rather have a catlike dog or a doglike cat?

Lawtan 08-21-2014 08:36 PM

catlike dog (Translation: Spoiled Husky Puppy)

Would you rather die a young and quick death, or old and prolonged one?
>.> If you don't like that one, then rainbows or kittens?

Alpha 08-22-2014 01:13 AM

Eh, old and prolonged death. Amazing the things modern medicine can do...

Would you rather have a fast car that always broke down every 10,000 miles or reliable but slow car that broke down every 100,000-150,000?

Lawtan 08-23-2014 01:18 PM

Reliable and slow. Fast cars don't mean much when most areas get bogged down somewhere along your drive.

Hmm...would you rather know everything without joy, or know nothing but are filled with joy?

Kilala Mikal 08-23-2014 01:50 PM

Hmmm... I think I'd rather not know anything and be filled with joy... I've seriously been lacking happy in my life here lately... >.<'

Would you rather deal with toddler twins or pre-teen twins?

Lawtan 08-23-2014 02:07 PM

Probably pre-teen twins. Though I like younglings :)

Would you rather paint, or write?

Alpha 08-25-2014 06:51 PM

I'd rather write. Much rather leave the picture to the imagination.

Would you rather be fast or strong?

Lawtan 08-25-2014 07:00 PM

Well, I am screwed in the "fast" department by multiple things...so, strong!

Would you rather loneliness and wealth, or poverty and love?

Den 08-25-2014 09:17 PM

Poverty and love.

Would you rather be perceived as healthy because you are thin even if you are not at all healthy, or perceived as unhealthy because you have a bit of extra padding over your body despite being physically fit?
