Overall i don't feel like an event is about to happen. I guess I'm use to the appearance of the site changing for the events or whatever. So I don't really feel that exited.

The only indicator is the rations, and the main post. There isn't even a thing with the announcements on the main page, so i don't really see the main post either.

the only indicators of the event are the announcement post and the falling rations. Say, if i was to join today, I'd be clueless as to the fact and event was about to happen.

Falling rations could just be something that happened al lthe time, and I'd most likely not find the announcement thread, as it's not really got a position of importance, like Zan having them on the homepage.

Oh yeah lots of people are confused all the time D: they will have to work on making it more festive

I know there is stuff about it on the front page, but it's just bland text that really doesn't catch the eye, and a picture that is only rotated to if you're sitting there for a good 20 seconds. I dunno, i just feel like there needs to be a better way of getting announcements and news across to players.

Yeah well the site needs more artists and coders and such...

even having the option to look through the rotating image on the front page at your own pace would be good. I didn't even know the thing rotated until i hung out on the homepage for ages.

But yeah, it's still a reasonably new site with very little in the way of coders and such, so I can completely understand not wasting time on such things.

I know... I want to go.to college and take coding classes or get a tablet and work on pixeling xD I think id be better at the pixeling though..

I've done a fair bit of web design and suck at college, but nothing to the level of being actually useful. I could moderate easy, as I've had experience with that in a few places, but that's not where they're lacking, i think.

Yeah they need someone who is a super epic coder. They also need someone to do recolors mainly. Im a terrible pixelist atm but I think it was fehvy who was giving me lessons a while back I just need to get taught when I have a tablet.^^

Recolouring only require you to put it in photoshop and change the hues, but since I have an illegal copy of photoshop Fen wouldn't want to get involved with me for legal reasons XD Something like that anyway o.O

I know I know but I don't has PhotoShop and yeah I know but I still want to get a tablet. I want to get great at pixeling and such.

I wasn't trying to say you shouldn't try anything like that. Just that i could do the recolouring, but can't due to my photoshop XD

You don't even need PhotoShop. I use my own programs for recoloring and such. The same places that I use to make the banners

I can do it in GIMP easily, but Fen only talked about Photoshop. Maybe they need to get in in a file type that photoshop does.

Yeah it always makes you feel helpful. That's why I want to learn to pixel then when they need help I could always help!!

Maybe I'll find a n interesting helpful niche I can fit into some day. Who knows what they may need help with XD
