Yea, if I said I do anything for money it'd make me sound like a whore, but it's pretty much true.
Anything within my capability art-wise. It's the only thing I can do to pay the rent and car insurance that my mom asks for every month since I'm unemployed atm. I'm not bad at writing, but if I'm not interested in the subject then it's a chore. Most of the time I'm not very interested. <_<; Got upset today because I wrote this guys story, gave him half, and he threw it out the window. Told me it didn't have all the people he wanted in it when he never even gave me a character list.. He just said base it off Danny Phantom. I got piiiiissssed. |

A few months ago, my laptop died and just one thing after the other went worse and worse. Was pretty close to losing it ( almost asked to check myself into a hospital lol ) but it's been evening out and getting to where I can do work in bursts ( depending on how things are going, so I hadn't asked to come back for a while because of that; I didn't want to come back and then disappoint Dx ) but since I'm not a pixel artist, my work is more relaxed and doesn't have specific deadlines, so I can do it.
That's basically the summary of it. xD I'm so happy to be back though ; u ; +can't contain himself+ lolol |

How long does it take for a normal picture?

Depends on your definition of normal xD
Like normal as in just a one-character picture that I don't care to put in a background on? Or a huge picture with background and/or more than one person in it? Because things like... lessie.. this takes about... ehhh, like 2-3 hours. ( Usually I'm talking to someone during though ) But stuff like.. this takes roughly 7 hours. ( I usually do all of it straight through too. I can't keep my focus if I take breaks lol ) Most of the time is taken up with posing/positioning/lineart. Coloring is the easy part. @__@ |

I take ay too long on dinky little pictures. To top it off coloring is my least favorite part because quite frankly I suck at it. |

I think coloring is the best part. Lineart always stresses me out because it's never clean enough, never smooth enough, never consistent enough for me Dx Coloring it hides all that though. xD And there are some days where I'm super fast, and some days where I can't get it right no matter what ( usually those days, I get so pissed and then I give up until the next day lol ) I made my Autonomy preview picture on a lucky day. @__@ I was super happy with it lol Asami: :U Why wouldn't it be okay? |
