I workout twice a day: One in the Am, and one in the PM, and take six walks, each spanning from a half hour, to an hour. Or I jog, or bike, or do something that keeps me moving. |
Thats alot of working out though. You'll kill yourself if you go to strenuous and thats no bueno.

It was...the stupid cord decided to be a jerk and do something weird to not connect fully and tightly... Luckily though, we had an extra cord lying around the house...although I'm hoping to order the cordless accessory... |
