Hello and Welcome to the thread! I have been absent a couple of days, argh and new people come by! I adore your color combinations! Although there are a lot of gold items on this side there are sadly too few pink ones (of a consistent pink).

I know what you mean about Trisphee but...this place does have the best avatars...unless you are into 3D avatars like me, in which case, have you heard of Second Life? But this is a lovely little community here and well worth the effort you can put in to arrive where you want to. I made you this promise in another thread but if you hang around for a month I will give you some stuff. I say a month because that is quite some time to stay on a slow site like this one.

Sorry I haven't been on SL, Uma-dear. I've had so much going on this week! It's crazy! Doctor's appointment, party planning, party shopping, cleaning, party prepping... It's been very hectic! How're you doing?

Hey there, I am doing fine thanks! I saw some of the busy things you were up to or I could surmise, no worries on that. A person can only do so much in a day. Hubby and I are going to watch a Rifftrax tonight, some really bad movie with...dang I am forgetting his name, well anyhow someone like Bela Lugosi.

Hm. Someone mentioned Second Life? I tried that a long time ago. Never really got into it.

If you're referring to what Uma and I were talking about, Second Life is a 3D avatar world. It's hosted in SecondLifeViewer (or another client if you can't run SLV), and you get to walk around, interacting with other users and your environment. It's pretty nifty. If Uma were on here, she'd be able to give a better explanation of what SL is. I like it, the avs are lovely, and fully customizable (weight, height, clothing, hair, all of it!). My only qualm is that you have to spend money to purchase site currency. You can't earn it from posting (like here on Tris, or other av sites), or at least that's my understanding.

I need to budget things better against my need to keep half distracted so I don't say "woe is everything" half the time. Halp?

Okies. I'll try to halps yew. I don't know how good I'll be at it, lol. I can set up a plan to budget, but I never seem to be able to follow through. XD
