@Funk, I did it to Reta to save her from the nano-bots who you wanted to kill her. They wish to let me know that they hate killing things with a pulse.

Who is reta? and that's just becuase of the soul implanted from the said reta. Your life is interesting, btw.

Dawn 02-15-2012 07:38 PM

-chuckles- Well, nano bots were invented to basically help humans.. not kill them..

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 07:39 PM

Reta= Renata but I meant Chloe as you can see I said 'Chloe'

And you are right, Chloe, have a piece of cake while I try to fix the little bots.

Funkduder 02-15-2012 07:40 PM

They do help humans, chloe. They help humans kill humans, and nothing in the idealistic mind ca stop the inevitability that the militarization of all technology is bound to happen

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 07:42 PM

(Glares at Funk) Don't insult the lil' bots. That is a virus you are talking about.

And my life isn't as interesting as I make it out to be.

Dawn 02-15-2012 07:43 PM

Basically, if the human is twisted enough to want a kill person but isn't there nano bots out there they use to help sick people?
-takes a piece of cake-
Sadly, that could be true but not for years.. we'll probably be hit by the nuclear bomb before tech. even reaches that stage, the way the world is going right now.

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 07:46 PM

Nano-bots were actually created to be spies so people could be 'a fly on the wall' then they were turned into weapon to emit gases and other things to kill humans. Now they want to see if they can use nano-bots for medical purposes. (Pets her bots that she is trying to bring back to life) these little ones were originally spies but Funk made them into murder bots.

Funkduder 02-15-2012 07:46 PM

*points to chloe*
the cake is a lie. <-see. this is why you are fun.

*back to muse*
It's not an insult. It's appluadable human engineering. Whether for healing or killing, achievement is appluadable.

Dawn 02-15-2012 07:49 PM

Hmm. Next thing they will be taking bombs and using them for medicinal science.

-glares at Funk- all depends on your def. of fun.

Or atom bombs to power nations...oh wait. XDDD

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 07:52 PM

The cake is NOT a lie.

Achievement is applaudable it is just that the fact tech is being used for killing (so mediocre any person could do it why use machines?) instead of something it could be more usefull at. Like info gathering. Killing is easy, information gathering is not. You can teach a monkey to kill but you can't teach a monkey to rember and recite criptic intelligence.

Ducky 02-15-2012 08:00 PM

Looking hot today, Nexy o-o

Dawn 02-15-2012 08:00 PM

-raises an eyebrow- Funk, I could see you doing that too.

I guess it will be question of why humans want to use machines to kill others but than again, have we ever truly worked out why a human wishes or does kill another human being just for the fun of it? We're not like monkeys and other animals who kill to prove ranks or for basic survival.
Than again, information gathering can be costly so I could see why to let tech be used as a weapon first before being used to help humans.. I don't agree with that method but I am only one person and my opinions probably don't matter any more than a fly does to a horse.

-chuckles- Well, it's an interesting conversion and does make one ponder about things.

How so? We weren't explaining anything particularly horrifying.

Normally the reason a human kills is a) a defence mechanism or b) a lifestyle they were raised into. When a human (homo sapien) kills it is usually to relive some kind of festering emotion they have. That is why 'passion' crimes are so common.

Come in and talk, Mis, we don't bite. Hard. Normmally.

Dawn 02-15-2012 08:28 PM

Yea, guess we humans are still basically animals. XD

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 08:30 PM

The basis of a homo sapien and any comon animal is the same. We are set apart from them because we can see, comprehend, and correct. We are animals but at the same time we are not.

Dawn 02-15-2012 08:33 PM

That is a very scary thought. XD We are animals but at the same time, we're not.

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 08:39 PM

We do have the same basic needs that drive us (urge to mate, need to surivive, need to feed, need to protect our young, and the need to prove we are superior) at the same time though we feel different (We have the urge for a 'Happily Ever After' the urge to go throw ourselves off cliffs (dodo birds are dead now) the urge to overdose, and the fear of death)

Dawn 02-15-2012 08:50 PM

Oh yea, those stupid dodo birds. XD
-the melon, save the melon-

Gallagher 02-15-2012 08:51 PM

... I'm not sure that's quite... Hm...

-sips tea- ... I seem to have lost my wings. And my clothes.

And I'm almost positive that I've changed color.

... This could be quite worrying.

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 08:55 PM

I wouldn't be worried, Galla. Probably a different strand of DNA emerging.

@Chloe, what is this about Melons?????

Gallagher 02-15-2012 08:57 PM

It's a reference to a movie. Ice Age, I believe. I don't buy it.

At least I still have my tail.

Yes, it's Ice Age. XD

The Dodos are stockpiling for the ice age with only 3 melons. XD

Arikana 02-15-2012 09:00 PM

I notice you always sip tea, Gall, which makes me curious. What kind of tea are you sipping? :0

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 09:00 PM

Umm...okay? I've never heard of that movie.

He is obviously sipping Earl Grey, the best tea ever!

Is there somethin' special about the tail?

Gallagher 02-15-2012 09:03 PM

I like my tail... -pets it-

Most of the time, I drink a blend of black and orange tea, sweetened and chilled, not iced. In the summer I make sweet sun tea though.

Earl Grey is good.

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 09:05 PM

So you have tail/wing obsession?

I like me tea scalding and unsweeted. But I guess sun tea is okay.

Dawn 02-15-2012 09:06 PM

Orange tea sounds good. I use to sneak sips from my co-worker's peach tea when she use to bring it in cause she always bought the kind that didn't taste like tea.

Really? :o I saw the movie in the theaters with a classmate, my parents teased me that it was a date.

Gallagher 02-15-2012 09:08 PM

I wouldn't call it an obsession. I fancy good ones quite a bit, yes, but until these event items came out, I never legitimately wore wings or tails.

I'm a bit sheltered as far as most things go, and working on expanding my tastes to other teas as well.

Broken Muse 02-15-2012 09:12 PM

With the company I kept I was more likely to end up watching a Sherlock/ House MD/Doctor Who marathon. Or waiting in the entrance way of a police station.

I'm not sheltered, I just have very very particular taste buds.

Gallagher 02-15-2012 09:14 PM

Muse has good taste.

I'm still catching up on the many things I've missed. It's fun. I'm not that picky with most things, I just don't know about them.

Dawn 02-15-2012 09:15 PM

All depends whom the company I was with, my best friend and I usually just played video games or watched ER/News programs. Most of my other friends didn't watch that much tv, we preferred to be out driving. In fact, I never saw Mindy once sit down and watch tv all the times we hung out.
