I had two nightmares tonight and now I don't want top go back to sleep...

I've been having nightmares almost every night for two and a half weeks.

i have problems sleeping but its not nightmare related :o

i'm unable to sleep for very long... like physically...

my body requires alot of sleep but i rather suspect its my mattress thats keeping me awake
