i'm aware of kingdom of knuffel but couldn't get into it.

i get that, the art style is very pretty but even though the items are all supposed to be unisex they're leaning heavily towards feminine. it's a site that has nostalgic value for me, but also personally i really like the avatars/art and the knuffel are the only virtual pets i like to keep online haha

for some reason, despite the INFINITE LAYERING, i can't seem to get into it all that much.

avi sites are super good for making OCs and such.

yeah, i turned a few of my old solia accounts into OCs 'cause i was really attached to them and their designs |D

plus it helps when you've got different friend groups to talk to.

i couldn't get into it because the avatars are intimidating
like their bodies are gendered in an overblown way (to me) i like my bases to be a little more androgynous

I like Pantheon’s infinite layering, but sometimes it just to be a bit much. (I have freeform layering on at all times, and there sometimes gets to be... a lot of layers per item.)

I... think my biggest turn-off w regards to avi sites is if the items are... 80% really feminine stuff. I do get that that caters to the usual demographics of an avi site, but... yeah.

that's sort of a mood. also if items are locked to a specific body type. (which is only a few items on tris, but it would be nice if we could get versions of said items for the other one.)

oh yeah, avatars not having wonky faces is a huge thing or me too
