Cazzidy, I did a cross-reference of everyone who bought Japan Bundle 2 with every IP address you've ever used. There's no record you ever bought a Japan Bundle 2.

No, you have every right to inquire about it since you spent real money. I don't know why it wouldn't show up though. |
I don't know if it's the same problem here or not, but if it's happened more than once, it's worth double-checking.

Please don't consider me rude, but I can guarantee you that you have not spent runes on a Japan Bundle 2 on your mule account. In fact your mule has not purchased ANY items from the Japan shop. All of the Japan items in your mule's inventory were traded from other accounts. Please consult your completed trade history.
There have not been any confirmed reports of incomplete transactions since the current shop system was implemented -- no one who has spent aurum or runes did not receive the item; either the item was delivered or the currency was not deducted. There HAVE been reports, especially with Internet Explorer, of the shop claiming to have sold you an item but the currency was not deducted and the item was not delivered, but this is quite rare. |
Maybe she purchased the bundle on her main and transferred the items over to her mule?

New Reporting Tool: Shop History
This is the same information I can look up on the backend. If it ain't here, the system hasn't processed it. This report parallels the Trade History report. Between these two reports you should be able to identify where every item came from and where it went, not counting items that were handed out by admins. Are there any other sites that let normal users look at these logs? I've never seen one! You can find the link to this report on the shops page, before you choose a shop. |

On a similar note...I bought 3 of the Japan bundle 2, and only ended up with two Samurai. I have three of everything else, and I never traded any of the Japan items.

Perhaps ask Coda? I can't look at your inventory but you definitely bought three. It may be from the recent report that was made, a user said she bought bundle 2 recently after the items were added and she didn't get them. |

I bought 5 bundles #2 and for some reason the last item haven't been added to my inventory yet.

Panda after taking a look at the logs, you have never bought a Bundle #2 most of your Japan items were all traded for. The logs never register as you having Japan bundle 2 and the user you traded for those items from is the one with the other items. But there is nothing in the logs of you ever buying any of the Japan Bundles. I see the occasional single item but never a bundle.
