It was nice. Drama free, minus some baby problems and someone having a problem with whats in the living room, Small fireworks show for the road hosted by me, and we are done in time to come inside and comfort the dogs through the worst bangs around the county XD
And I don't gotta cook for at least 2 days.

Duchess was hiding under the couch when I got home so I let her come sit in my lap for a few hours (she has the boniest elbows!)

Artemis and Zeus thankfully don't care about loud noises, the one plus of being near an army base.

she used to be really brave and didn't care but something in her older age is making her fearful of everything. Maybe she's been with me too long XD Like seriously. If I move and my movement makes a noise while she is sleeping she'll wake up and go full bark mode at the noise now. Poor anxious puppy.

That sucks, have you tried anti anxiety meds? Or Benadryl just whenever there will be fireworks.

One cat escaped, we found him this morning getting chased by the neighbors hound dog..... until serg yelled at her and as I opened the door to see what was going on (5 am) Mr. Grinch came in out of nowhere.

Awww at least he is okay…. if not suffering from a minor heart attack thanks to the dog.

Yeah he is still pretty young not that it really matters lol XD 7 next year =P
He's used to dogs because of mine, but definitely not being chased by them mine know much better .-.
