I think I want to wait until tomorrow, I have to get up at eight so I'm going to bed soon.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 12:04 AM

Yech, willises always going to bed early and getting up early. >:P

I want some kind of assignment.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 12:04 AM

Tis life,

Uuurrrr

You should write a letter from Eight to Seven.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 12:07 AM

Ooh... There's one we haven't really considered before. Could be interesting.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 12:12 AM

If you make it good I'll write a reply from Seven.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 12:14 AM

Screech!

Well, how can a letter from Eight to Seven be anything but good? It will require much careful thought...

wait

why are they writing letters? What's the context here? Some sort of tradition??

Or I guess maybe Eight just got to thinking and felt like it for no special reason. 8P That'll do.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 09:31 AM

Indeed, letters don't need special occasions.

Oh willis, this mess.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 01:37 PM

Oh ho ho... I feel so out of the loop not knowing who this "user" is.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 02:52 PM

I don't know either, but someone actually snapped at the admin.

And the admin got all "Stuff happens but you just don't see it! This is off topic and I'm locking it!"

...really don't miss that site.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 03:05 PM

No, indeed. Though I do think the users there are way too sensitive sometimes.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 03:19 PM

Yes they are,

but look at the Admin,

Everyone there is too sensitive.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 03:32 PM

Indeed.

There was a question on one of my assessments that asked whether I think people are too sensitive and should toughen up. ._.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 03:39 PM

I would be so tempted to answer with a resounding YES.

Arrrrh look at the responses here.

"I can only release what coders give me, I am not a coder myself"

........way to shift responsibility. She's the admin, she might not do the coding but she is the one who delegates the tasks and controls the assets, she can decide which task needs priority and what to fund now and what can wait and how much time, money and attention an issue needs. She has a history of spreading her resources thin and regardless of what she says, the blacklist by default of existing used resources that could have been directed elsewhere. That is on her, not the coders.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 03:51 PM

In my head: "STRONGLY AGREE" ...on my application: "disagree"... r nr Because um. you know. I'm nice and people-oriented. but I couldn't strongly disagree.

And roo... Though on the one hand I agree that implementing other features doesn't mean the "more important" ones can't be worked on simultaneously and some things just take longer than others to be finished.

Red Lion 03-21-2013 03:55 PM

Yes, and had she not followed it up with

"I'm not a coder so I can only do what coders let me"

that point MIGHT have been acceptable. And again, I cannot stress enough that this is someone who has a reputation for money issues and spreading resources too thin or pushing out rushed and shoddy or even unfinished materiel, she cannot afford anything superfluous until the important things ARE finished, she could always save that money for later.

uncledaddy 03-21-2013 03:57 PM

Indeeeed. Like apparently pixeling is a big problem, why not de-fund the blacklist project for a while to work on that?
