Security is a form of customer service >:U ~!!!!! We are the first ones customers go to for information, directions, complaints, accidents, theft or anything else. We also have to deal with employees as well. From disputes, theft ( from the employee or by the employee ) We also get harassed by both employee and customers. I've been spit on, punched, hit with glass bottles, puked on, Almost lost a finger by a bunch of crazed fan girls when a contestant from American Idol visited the mall I was working at, I've had to chase down shoplifters, pedophiles and the occasional stray dog. Not to mention the lost kids... I can deal with most types of people when I'm at work. I've had some pretty bitchy people while I would be taking their order on the headset. Keep my cool though. ^^" Oh this is one of the reasons why I am paranoid of working in certain fields. article the fifth victim (Zachary Emenegger) is a good friend of my brother's, they went to Culinary school together (the Culinary Institute of America) By the way, he was the only one who was shot at who survived (I met him in 2002) |

Yeah, I remember meeting him and found out what had happened from what he said and such and they also had something about it on a couple of shows back a few years ago. The guy really is a good kid.
