Mary giggled and swiped a hand at him. "When do you go?"

"Often on weekends, I could meet you there on Saturday night and show you around," Kurt offered.

Mary gave an excited little jump and looked pleadingly up at Deedee as though awaiting permission.
"We will see you there," said Deedee with a nod.

Kurt smiled "Saturday it is. Save a dance for me then!" he said to Mary.

"Of course!" Mary blew him a kiss.

"It's a date then!" Kurt grinned wolfishly and left the stage.

No sooner than he had, Randy VIII was on him. "I seen you up there bustin' moves," he said from behind, arms wrapped tightly around Kurt.

Kurt snorted, "I've been dancing to that music for longer than you've been alive!" he said.

Randy VIII chuckled. "You old." He ruffled Kurt's hair and released him. "You gon' come watch me dance now?"

Kurt tried in vain to flatten down his wild curls, "I don't see why I shouldn't," he said, "Show me what you got!"

Not far away was another dance competition which had yet to begin. The style was much more modern, with music likely to be found in the more popular clubs around Schickelgrubertonfieldvilleburginghamshire. Randy VIII held a hand out for Baby to follow him to the stage. "We 'bout to win this thing."

"By a land slide!" she giggled taking his hand.

Randy grinned as the music started. "They playin' my song!" He started to move his feet in time with the beat and as the song continued and picked up pace, the moves became increasingly fluid and complex to match. He twirled and rocked Baby right along with him, creating a sort of sensual storyline with the dance.

Baby managed to stay in sync with him, flowing naturally alongside him as though she were part of him....

By the height of the song, even a few of the other contestants had stopped to watch them, intrigued not just by the skill but by how well they seemed to be working together. A backflip and a kiss later, the contest had its winning pair by unanimous decision.

Baby smiled at her husband, "What did I tell you? By a landslide," she kissed him again.

He returned the kiss, lifting her into his arms. "Can't nobody do it like us!"

"That's because you can't top perfect," she replied, her arms winding around his neck.

"Mm, you got that right," said Randy, kissing her one more time before placing her back on her feet. "How 'bout that, sugar?" he called to Kurt.

Kurt whistled, "That certainly was some fancy dancing," he said.

"We got some moves on us," Randy VIII stated proudly. He wrapped one arm around Baby and the other around Kurt, pulling them both in close.

Kurt hunched his shoulders, feeling strangely out of place with Baby on Randy's other arms, "Yes.....you do,"

Randy snorted. "I mean all three of us! ...Say, when you an' me gonna do some dancin'?"

Kurt ducked his head, "Whenever you like..." he said, his hair standing on end like ruffled feathers.

Randy looked over at him. "Hawk much? Wassamatter?"

"I think he feels like third wheel," said Baby snickering at Kurt's ruffled appearance.

"Oh, suuuuguuh," Randy cooed, reeling Kurt in even tighter and burying his nose in his hair. "You know we all family!"

Kurt sighed and even leaned into Randy a little, rubbing his head against Randy's face, "....I know,"

Randy kissed him on the back of the head, incidentally over the same spot where he'd left a scar nearly twenty years ago.

Kurt couldn't help but smile, across the back of his head ran a ragged, pink line, with his regenerative abilities scarring was rare, but not impossible and Randy's mark was prominent under his hair.

Randy settled onto a nearby bench, bringing Kurt and Baby along with him. Having the both of them there made him feel quite content. They were rarely all together at once, and he was reluctant to let go. "So where we headed next?" he asked.

"Well it is getting to be nightfall, there's going to be a fireworks display over the big field," said Kurt.

"Ooh... Then how 'bout we round up my babies an' go claim us a spot?" Randy suggested.

Baby nodded, "Sounds perfect, it's been an active day,"

Before leaving the bench, Randy snuggled up between Baby and Kurt with a cozy smile. "You know where they at?"

Baby nodded, "They went to the petting zoo with their aunt Gloria,"

Randy sighed a bit as he stood, finally letting go of Baby and Kurt. "A'right, let's go get 'em."

Gloria and the babies accompanied the three of them to the fireworks display, finding a nice big bench for them all to sit on.

Nearly everyone else who'd been at the festival that day eventually came to sit in the field, and a few who hadn't been there during the day arrived specifically for the nighttime events. Soon the entire park was filled with Kennyfolk, all enjoying the sights and sounds together as though they were family. The sky was lit up in a brilliant display of fireworks, largely of Schickelgruber design, which formed moving images and even words and music...

Kurt put an arm around Randy as Little Randy crawled into her father's lap, "It's nice here isn't it," said Kurt.
