Sounds interesting, I know my brother worked as a security guard at one point in time, though not too sure where he worked...just know it was somewhere with detainees.
Now he does security work at an airport, so slightly different...but still generally the same idea. *nodnod*

Yah, I think they're unreasonably priced, but they seem to have the market in their grasp in that arena for the time being. But the age of touch/stylus screens is here and someone is going to knock them off of their high horse eventually.

No I submitted to the item design contest. First time pixeling... isn't too horrible i just need to learn how to use it more. But i liked it. Most of my stuff is on paper and either pencil or charcoal.

Pixeling isn't all that hard once you get the hang of it 83 ~ if you're not a trisphee artist, it's not all that bad.

The pixel artists on trisphee haul butt. It's time consuming and can be frustrating if you slip up but don't find the mistake until later in the process...all the color combinations you have to do, backside/frontside poses (some poses need a front and back layer), female/male version... And luckily there are other people to save the 'off'-avatar images (for previews when you click the item), the 'on'-avatar images, the thumbnails for the item. Overall you're averaging over 100 images per DI. Sometimes you're unlucky and have to do all of that yourself.
