It's mostly the head up, sans the butterfly... Don't ask, something about how the butterflies are done just strike me as a little too bold for the look. -shrug-

I think lots of people thinly they are butterflies but if you look at their shape they are based off the Luna moth. The jacket is also based off it ad well lol c:
