Winners from the Masquerade Design Contest now have either bundles in their usable tabs (Lucifer and Batty) which can be opened, and Poggio has her two items. You may go ahead and wear them. Everyone Else: You have to wait for the event :P

To Open Bundles: Go to the Usable tab and use the item, they unpack to your inventory. (so you can now hoard event bundles :3)

Feeeeeeen. Does that mean I can wear event items now? 8D
