15 cents because it's based on my "grade" at work. I had a performance evaluation. And it's set up like GPAs. I had about a 2.5 which with them is good. And they figure out this weird ass complicated way and it comes out to 15 cents more an hour. I'm up to a whooping 7.65 an hour. -_-
