Blanket isn't going to happen, but if I could find some skin-colored yarn I could attempt a stuffed mermaid. Oooh! Those are interesting, Den! I assume earrings? You can get used to most things, but that's if you are willing to in the first place. If you know it will bother you immensely for the first few days and don't wanna put up with it then you won't get used to it as you wont try it. xD

i got creative and did my nails again - both pics are of my right hand, but the left is pretty much the same.

cool! i wish i had a photo of when i got my nails done a few years back. they were fake ones, and the lady misunderstood the design i wanted....so i waited until they were dry and took off the polish and redid them. i purposely chose a pearl base, so i could do touch ups at home. so i really only had to take off enough to get the hideous blinged out leopard spots off (i asked for plain black leopard spots on white pearl base; she gave me black leopard spots with gold glitter dotted in them over the pearl base =_= ) i redid the design, doing a trail of leopard spots down the side of each nail and then ended up dotting each spot with a different neon color for a rainbow effect...since i had the colors xD

Eh. I'd much rather draw on my hands and arms. I tend to do that a lot. A friend of mine said that I should get the stuff that I draw tattooed on my right arm, so that I can keep drawing on my left.

My practice mostly comes in the form of doodles on my class notes.
...And on my arm, during class, I guess. Though I vaguely remember being called out for that my the teacher during high school. Whoops. |
wow @_____@ those are really good, espy. all i ever drew on my arms were flames LOL....with sharpies. my teachers hated me since they'd transfer onto the desks xD

I used to draw spirals on my left hand and fingers. had a friend's mom tell me I'd get ink poisoning. still did it. lol

yeh, i got told that too. but ever since one of my brothers stabbed me in the back with a real lead pencil....it didn't seem like that big of a deal.

Ever since I stabbed myself in the ankle as a third grader with a pencil, I haven't been worried about that. Besides. I have four tattoos. if I was gonna get ink poisoning, I would've gotten it by now.

Everything I could draw at a decent level in school were moles, and I used to scribble them all over my desk with a pencil during boring lessons. Or fill a sheet of paper with very small circles. I also remember in primary school I was absolutely fascinated by the ink eradicator. Over and over again I would color my pencil case with ink just to erase it again. No one ever told me about ink poisoning though (maybe because I didn't use so much my own body as canvas as everything else around me). |

Those are pretty amazing! I think the best thing I ever drew in high school was probably a lotus-type flower. But not realistic at all.
Also, I'm definitely not making the mermaid craft-a-long deadline. But it's definitely time to come up with the next theme! Any ideas? |
