Wow! $90! That's crazy! We plane on getting a few things when they are super cheap and saving them for next year. My youngest still has 4 years before he starts kindergarten. But we plan on having him go to pre-k first when he's 4. My oldest would go now but we only have 1 vehicle and my husband works nights and you never know when he'll get off in the morning.

well, $30 of it was for a bookbag. she's in high school and lockers are optional. sometimes it's easier to put it all in your bag. also, we have block scheduling, so she only has four classes a semester.

so, binder, some dividers, pencils, pens, highlighters, loose leaf paper... $60 at staples. and it was all on sale, too. O_o

That is crazy! My book bag in high school was only $15, course that was 10 years ago and it lasted me all 3 years.
My dad always bought school stuff in bulk during the after school sales. Lol

buying in bulk was my mom when i was in high school.

hopefully this book bag will last til she's a senior... then it'll only have been $10 per year. XD

I went through A LOT of bags throughout high school...
Even broke some high grade outdoorsy bags....
I carried to many books and things apparently.
A TON of books.
and things.

Man I hated when I had to bring school books home for homework! And it was never the small ones, like my French one!!

I had block semesters and I still used my locker. It let me hide the books I didn't need cause they were all huge.

So how is everyone today?

they wouldn't allow bags in classrooms so everyone had to use their locker. :(

I woke up with a migraine ;~;

Bug bites 20+ and itching. Popped 2 benadryl and slept til 2.

I woke up with my hip hurting like crazy! I hate when it acts up.

I woke up having to do someone else's chore because they couldn't bother to do it themselves and thought it would be okay to wait until 4pm to do it.
