when my allergies are really bad, i find myself taking medication every few hours. the generic benedryl says i can take 2 every 4-6 hours, but i take 1 every 2 hours sometimes. it's not fun at all. :(

Yeah, sinus problems are the worst :| Tea usually helps for me. I suspect spicy foods would help more, but I've a spice tolerance in the negatives. |

thanks Glitch - today was a good day for my allergies.
Espy - one of the ways i know it's my allergies and not a cold is that hot steam from things like tea or chicken soup are welcome when i have a cold. when it's my allergies plaguing me, i want nothing to do with anything warm. |
