Little Randy nodded, "Yeah! She can paint me like a bunny!"
"A'right, I' bring you back here to do it," Randy VIII agreed. "But just y'all, not me!"
"Awww, why not daddy?" asked Little Randy.
Randy VIII snorted. "Do I look like a cute little bunny rabbit to you?"
"You could get something else," suggested little Randy.
"We'll see," Randy VIII grumbled. As they talked, Jeff came running up to the kissing booth with a ten-dollar bill in hand...
Erika's eyes widened, "Oh...hallo Jeff, I suppose that's ten kisses then?" she asked.
Jeff grinned. "Yup!" he answered eagerly.
Maxwell appeared in the booth next to Erika. "Say, Erika, ain't it your break time?" |
"Why yes it is! It's yer turn ta run that booth!" said Erika brightly.
Jeff's face fell as Maxwell took Erika's place in the booth and leaned in for a kiss. "Uh... o-on second thought, I--" He was cut off by a pair of purplish-green lips pressed against his own. "Yagh!" He jumped away from the booth, throwing his ten-dollar bill at Maxwell. "Keep the change," he muttered as he left.
Ericka snickered, "Thank ye darlin',"
"And we still got nine kisses worth of change," said Maxwell with a grin.
"We'll why don't I go ahead and use up them kisses?" Erika asked, pressing her lips to his.
As Maxwell and Erika counted kisses, Randy VIII led his family further on into the event to see what else was available.
Father Erickson was at a picnic area passing out cups of cold apple cider and various slices of pie and cake, "Can ah offer ye some refreshments?" he called.
Randy VIII's eyes lit up as he was already wheeling the double stroller toward Erickson. "I won't say no to food..."
