but a clone starts off as a child XD unless you are pawning them off on someone else you'll have to choose children or nothing
Gross, can’t I stick them in a nutrient tank or something?
sorry, the technology isn't there. besides the offspring would be a brainles veggie if they were kept tanked XD
You know what, maybe I’ll just wait until organic 3D printing is capable of printing an entire human, and see where brain recording and transferring technology’s at.
why not just adopt a teenager that looks like you?
If you had a clone, they would also be in bed. Not taking their meds. Then the two of you would be wishing for a clone to get you motivated and out of bed. But the third clone would just stay in bed. Not taking their meds.
Soon enough, you'll have a house full of clones and no action. Yeah... kids are fine at a distance. But having a clone wouldn't be like having a child. Having a clone would be you, dealing with yourself. That's terrifying imo. |
Clones would be fine, >.>; but what if they don't like me?
i dunno, if the clone was raised differently then they would have different reactions than the original
assuredly the act of raising a clone to adulthood seems a lot more difficult than setting a pill alarm and keeping the pills by the bed |
Well, stick two mentally ill people in the same room, and you get one of two possible extremes...
O_O I'll reproduce asexually when I'm good, ready and stable then!

Ehh.
I mean this was the case a couple years back w me and my roomie. We could either help each other with small things and eventually we’d both be enthusiastically pushing the other to medicate regularly, hydrate, eat and sleep on a normal schedule, etc... ...ooooor we could both spiral downwards and stay in bed and commiserate, which is what we actually did. |
at least the bed stays warm? XD
toasty
heckin' toasty
It was a v enjoyable bed. Right next to a giant window, which I usually kept slightly open (it was one of those that opened by sliding up). We were on the third floor, at the top of a hill looking down on the rest of the residential area and campus.
Even had it slightly open while it was snowing. I’ve never been able to get my bed right next to a window like that since. |
